I am a healthy young guy seeking an annual checkup - nothing fancy. I was referred to Dr Nooney as my medical history is inline with his specialty, and his practice is right down the street from my home. I called to book appointment on 1/24, and was asked to share may medical history with the receptionist (Jennifer) to serve as an 'application' for treatment. I have never experienced this type of 'audition for medical treatment' before, but due to the location convenience, I shared my private information with the receptionist. She assured me that the doctor would review and she would call back to book appointment or share more info. With no response, I called back 1/31 and was told the application was not yet reviewed. This conversation was repeated on 2/1 and 2/15, each time I was assured my application was 'top of the stack for review'. Today (2/24) I called back again, only to be told the answer was 'no, we will not see you'. -It's unfortunate that I wasted 1 month of time awaitin

Used to be great since his girlfriend took over as office manager things do not go well and have trouble keeping staff gone there for 30 years and looking for new Doctor

Dr Nooney was the very best Dr I have ever had. He's smart, compassionate and always listens to his patients. I've been trying to get him as my doctor again for years but can't make it past his office staff. He was my doctor for years and I just want him back. I don't understand why I am not able to get through his staff to him.

Dr. Nooney was great until he brought his girlfriend into the practice. With no medical training, she billed herself as a medical professional dealing in weight loss. Her behavior has been unethical and improper, based entirely on the sales of weight loss foods and supplements. I decided to leave the care of Dr. Nooney after her influence over his practice became an obstacle to receiving previously excellent care. I cannot recommend Dr. Nooney any more--his judgement has to be questioned based on involving this person in the care of his patients.

Billed me a year and a half after the appointment. At this point, checking with insurance or confirming that you paid your deductible at the time of service is near impossible. Add in the fact that I had to seriously beg for my test results. Each time I would call the office, I would get different answers, including but not limited to 'oh, I am sure he left a message' when I asked what date, they couldn't answer. Sincerely, I do NOT recommend this person.

No. It was the same as a visit a few months earlier. I have been seeing him for several years but lately he is not the same. I read the other reviews posted 2011 and earlier and they were how he used to be. He was short, snippy and just ordered blood work... again, after just having them done 6 months earlier. Nothing showed up then either.

Dr. Nooney spends the time needed! Each time I visit it's like seeing a trusted friend. He takes his time, explains his thoughts and involves me in the decision making process. He's caring and conscientious. I highly recommend Dr. Nooney.

Dr. Nooney is the best doctor I've ever had. He takes the time to think through and converse about the patient's health issues. He pays attention and stays on top of what is going on with me and in medicine. I was there for a blood draw and Dr. Nooney saw me, came over and mentioned some recent research he had reviewed re my issue and how it applied. He's a very caring and attentive doctor.
