Firstly the positives, the apartment is spacious, clean and the location to Duomo is very practical and easy to get to Metro, shops and restaurants.The things that could be smoother was the comms on the keys. We didn’t realise there was a second key in the apartment that has the key for the main door. We were trapped inside until we found this key. Maybe add that to the check in notes which were otherwise very clear and helpful.There are also lots of companies running rentals that although nice and clean, don’t exactly have the personality of a residential apartment. That’s just a personal preference.

First of all i would like to thank Edoardo for being such a wonderful host. His communicative skills is on par and assistance with any questions were actioned immediately. The apartment is located centrally and just a stone throw away from the Duomo and many great restaurants. We felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment which is quite secured. The bed linens were clean and comfortable to sleep on. Overall, i am super happy to have found this place and would love to stay here again on my next trip to Milan. Thank you once again ICS for making our stay so memorable!

We are from the US, so this review is based off of my personal american standards. I love a soft fluffy mattress and so far at all the locations we have stayed in Italy the mattresses are quite firm, the hot water is lacking longevity for 3 people. This apartment is very cute and very safe! the location is great for the metro, shopping and the best bakery in the world, PRINCI!

I can’t say enough about Ics House. I need to begin by saying how easy check-in was. Edoardo sent a video along with full details of the check-in.
The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner did not disappoint.
The location of the Airbnb was excellent, a stone’s throw away from the Duomo and subway, lots of good restaurants and shopping.
Edoardo arranged out pick up at the airport and called us cabs upon our departure. He even recommended a day excursion which we took, and loved.
Don’t hesitate to book Ics House as Edoardo goes over and above to make sure you have a great stay.

The apartment is within the walking distance to Duomo and subway.
What really stood out though was the warmth and kindness of the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable and made a lasting impression.

The apartment is great for what it is. Walkable to the Duomo, Galleria and restaurants. Apt was clean. Martin was always responsive and was always ready to help. And he got us a taxi service (a minivan because there were 4 of us) to MXP at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend the Ics House.

The location was excellent and the apartment good. Beds were comfortable and it was very warm. Not sure if I'd call it luxurious. It claimed to provide coffee but that apparently meant one coffee capsule each. Also there was one small loo roll for each bathroom which not surprisingly meant we had to buy our own. However the excellent location compensated for any deficiencies.
