Ichelon is one of the worst companies to join. I wish there were an option to give a negative rating. From poor management to significant communication gaps, there is nothing good here. There is a guy in top management, Deep, who is mannerless and abuses people.

Had Google provided zero star option, i would have given that...The team is full of inefficient people who do not communicate properly, do not pay heed to the feedback and suggestions, do not comply with the committed timeline, do charge heavy amount for doing nothing, you need to break your head for spelling mistakes after they are done with editing, senior team members will not be involved and other illiterate people will take your project further ...highly disappointing.
