Don't recommend,no space to skate. You basically just are walking on ice. Waste of money,very expensive. Tiny

I see you visited on a public holiday in the peak of the festive period. We do advise that at these times we will be extremely busy. We are open for 17 weeks and only a few of those weeks are at capacity. In off peak times, it's much quieter and may suit you better and we even have tickets for less than £10
The ice skates were hell hell uncomfortable. The time I went at was super crowded so it was a bit unpleasant to find a spot and sit and put on the skates. The ice skating itself was not bad. We'll maintained rink however it was a bit smaller than im used to. It was also very annoying that everyone was bumping into me because im a proficient ice skater and most people were beginners. Having a dedicated time for more experienced skaters would be a huge improvement. At the end of the session since I was not able to take any pics due to high volume of people. I requested one of the staff emmebers to give me one extra minute to make a video. She shouted as a response. She could have politely declined. The staff needs to be more sensible and better trained at dealing with customers.

Thanks for the review Nimra. As you said, you were on a busy session and as our staff's priority is safety and controlling the crowds on busy periods is difficult as so many don't listen to the instructions given. Feel free to return on a quieter session. We are open until 22/2/26 and have a great 30% discount on for Jan, so a Super Off Peak ticket will cost under £10
was good and all but 45 mins for £22 is a lot

Thanks for your review AK. We remain competitively priced will all the other London seasonal ice rinks and if the massive discounts are utilised for our super off peak tickets in January, tickets are actually under £10. Hope you get chance to take advantage of our offers.
Had a hypo just whilst we were getting ready. Asked the staff if they had anything to eat or drink but they didnt. Then the lovely lady - didnt catch her name, but think she was the manager - came and found me and gave me some sugar sachets and looked after me. Great day out, made even better by the kindness of this wonderful lady.

Thank you Gavin for the 5* Star Review. We have multiple first aid trained staff on all our sessions, so you were in good hands when you had your hypo. I'm glad you felt well enough to enjoy the ice skating and had a great time with us.
Rink beautiful( smaller than I remember back in 2006) staff are polite , TIME SLOTS WAY TOO SHORT , 45 minutes barely enough. ISRA CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LOVELY, thank you.

Yes over the years, the park has had some exciting new businesses built on the edge of the grass, so we are limited to the space we have, but we use every centimetre with thought and creativity. Glad you had a good time with us and yes Isra is a wonderful member of our team!

We had such a lovely experience at the ice skating rink in Canary Wharf.
It’s very family friendly and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I missed my original slot, but the team were so understanding and kindly moved me into the next session without any hassle.
My friend and I also had carers’ passes as we were with a few kids that day and they made the whole process smooth and stress free for us. We’re really grateful for how welcoming and supportive everyone was.

What a lovely place! From the arrival, the atmosphere is calm. We've been there a few times, and when I needed support, a member of the stuff approached me and he was very patient and helpful. I loved that it was not packed with people so no one was sitting on top of the other trying to put the skates on. We had plenty of space! The same applied on the ice. The skates however, oh, not the most comfortable and easy to use on the ice, but that is typical when renting (they are made to last!). My son got a couple of blisters but he pushed through. Now the vibes are so chill and positive (not over the top), the music at the right level, pleasant to listen to. The ice rink is not the largest but it is actually cosy. There was actually ice not water as I've experienced on numerous occasions in some other places. Now the greatest part: the staf members on the ice rink: wow, truly impressed with their gentleness, patience, friendliness, help and coaching! I've been to other places but here people are formidable!
