This is Alex from Iced Out Genetics. I want to extend my sincere apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, we encountered a logistics issue and mistakenly believed your package had already been shipped and delivered back on June 25. Upon reviewing everything, we discovered that our packer misplaced it while preparing for a post office drop-off.
Ok on June 25th made a label Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item BATTLE CREEK, MI ******* June 25,2025, 1:51 pm One week later they took my package to USPS
USPS in possession of item BATTLE CREEK, MI ******* August 2,2025, 4:30 pm They do not put Apt#A
On my package the guy@ USPS
Said it was not written on there

To cs, me, cs, info If your address includes "APT A," why was it not added when you placed your order? Customers are responsible for entering their complete CORRECT ACCURATE shipping address, and our role is to fulfill and deliver to the address provided. We cannot even confirm if the package was delivered to the wrong address, but the tracking clearly shows it was delivered to the address on file. That said, since this has caused an issue, I've forwarded your details to our team, and they are processing your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to be completed.

I truly want to help you, but unfortunately, we aren't able to process refunds directly right now since our accounts are restricted due to the products we sell. To me Hi Ryan, I just received a call from our packers and your order has been successfully returned to our warehouse. Everything is intact and ready. Would you like us to reship it to you? If so, please confirm your shipping address. If not, we can go ahead and process your refund tonight. Just a quick note — that order was doubled for you.
Scam
Receive their little $5 offer although it took a little time but it showed up. So this time I had a bigger order. They say it ships out in 24 hours or is dude arriving seven business days? I've left multiple messages through email. I've left multiple phone calls with voicemail. No return of calls. No products. I just have to call a scam a scam.

Every order now takes 1 to 2 months to ship. I'm still waiting on an order I placed on June 5, 2025. They will give you extras for the wait, but I rather them fix their shipping delays. I really want to continue doing business with them but the shipping delays are getting worse instead of improving.
Iced out genetics has some very nice products. I have ordered from them 4 times now. The one thing you should know is their shipping is very slow, and I don't understand why it took 30 days to get my most recent order. If you can wait that long , or adjust your order earlier, the wait is worth it. Whatever you do don't wait till you are out.

What a huge waste of time and definitely a scam waited for over a month told lies every time I would call Then they finally gave me a tracking number for a package that never got dropped off for over two weeks. I will never use this website ever the hell again don’t waste your money here I’m telling you do not waste your money.

But folks this place is 1000% real may take 2or3 months to receive your order but they will bless you for the time that you had to wait so that's really cool plus no shopping cost great place

I ordered product 3 weeks ago. Paid for it. Post office is still waiting for the shipment. I have tried emails and phone calls. No response.
Finally recieved product by USPS. Its not the product, its the process.
Update: seeds arrived and germanated. All is good

They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or contact on ANY social media platforms!!!
Don't order from here!
Very disappointed. Placed order and made payment and still no response to my inquiries regarding shipment and tracking. Payment was completed two full days shot and still no word.
Edit: order was placed on April 25 and payment was made. A shipping label was created with USPS but still we wait for the package to be received by USPS. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Very, very displeased with this company.
I will update this post if and when this matter is resolved.
