Very good and professonial service friendly staff

Je sors tout juste de la clinique pour ma première opération, qui s'est très bien passée. Le personnel est accueillant ainsi que la médecin, toutes les informations sont données et l'équipe a été très à l'écoute en amont de l'opération en répondant à toutes mes questions. Aucun doute que la suite se déroulera aussi bien :) À ce stade je recommande chaudement !

Après bcp d'appréhension, je suis très satisfait de l'organisation, de l'accueil et l'écoute de toute l'équipe. Intervention réalisée le 27 juin dernier. Je n'hésite pas à recommander cette clinique.

Operation date: 14/07/2022 What can I say about HairPalace? nothing but praise - from airport pick-up / drop off to accommodation (very nice apartment with Netflix in all languages) Had the blood tests there as well and paid for an extra night's accommodation and late check-out (very reasonable prices) so I could have a day / night sightseeing. On the day of the operation, I was a bit nervous - no need to be - on being met by my admin/translator my nerves were put at ease. I met the Doctor and after examination she confirmed the number of hairs to be transplanted (5,000) there was a possibility before this that they could extract an additional 500 but she said this would leave scaring. She informed me that I could have a second transplant if required in 12 months times. Again this just increased my confidence that I had chosen the right clinic and Country (I know a lot of people look towards Turkey Clinic's) because I believe some would just take the extra money and do it) The operation itself was unbelievably pain-free (apart from the initial stings of the anaesthetic injections) I honestly can tell you I slept through nearly all the morning session and afternoon sessions (a lovely meal was provided during a 30-minute lunch break). The total duration was about 6.5 hours and was completely pain-free. After-care package and instructions were given and I was transported back to my apartment for one more night and day before my departure back to the UK. I was given different strength pain killers but I have not needed them. I can highly recommend Hairpalace and its very friendly/professional staff, but of course, the results are the main priority - I look forward to the next few months with excitement. L’opération du 8 juillet 2022 avec la Dr .Kelemen s’est parfaitement déroulée , une équipe très professionnelle et aux petits soins , Je me suis senti tout de suite à l’aise . Les explications avant , pendant et après l’intervention sont traduites par une charmante interprète . implants where implanted too deep and i still suffering with scabbing 3 years after. avoid....... this an extension to the previous comment because google will not allow you to respond to the responding comment from the company you are criticizing. I only had one hair transplant with your company and there is no way that i had a second because the first hair transplant was so bad that there is no way that i would ever consider using your company for a second. the transplant i received from you was so bad that i need to try and raise the money to pay another "professional" surgeon to remove all of the the implants you did on me because all the implants were implanted too deep that i have constant scabbing after 3 year and it could cause serious infection.

I'm very happy about the result since I was there in December. My hair is gettin ticker an ticker. So I really need to recommenf this clinic.

Super Service, nette Angestellte und professionelle Ausführung mit nach Information. Sogar deutschsprechende Übersetzerin wurde kurzfristig organisiert. Klinik ist sehr zu Empfehlen. Einziger spez. Punkt Graue-Haare mussten 12h vor OP eingefärbt werden da graue Haare schlecht sichtbar für Verpflanzung. Alles Super organisiert'-)sogar Mittagessen konnte ausgewählt werden und währen der OP hätte ich Netflix schauen können. Nette Betreuung rund um zufrieden... OP am 22.06.22 Schmerzen minim (nur Spritzen einwenig unangenehm aber auszuhalten) hoffe das Ergebnis wird toll... freue mich aufs Haarwachstum. Hair palace made this experience stress free from start to finish, the procedure was pain free and the staff are very professional, the apartment was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend hair palace to anyone thinking of having this done.

From start to finish the Hairpalace has been fantastic. Transport has arrived on time, communication has been informative & speedy, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The one thing that stood out for me was how welcoming and professional every member of the Hairpalace team was, from the drivers and the interpreter to the hair technicians. Bettina & Edina were fantastic with communications prior to the procedure & Dr Virag Farkas made me feel so comfortable during, unfortunately I cannot remember anymore names but everybody was really great. I'd recommend Hairpalace to anyone and have told the clinic I'll be happy to discuss my procedure with anyone that is unsure. I read one or two negative reviews and honestly, I cannot relate to a single one. Edit- My hair has now fully developed and I am so happy with the results. Très satisfait. Avant l'intervention, l'équipe est très réactive et à l'écoute de vos questions (Merci Alexander). L'intervention s'est très bien déroulée. La clinique est très propre, tout est carré et professionnel, on sent que Hairpalace maitrise son sujet. L'interprête est aux petits soins et tout est fait pour vous rassurer. Je suis très content du résultat de l'intervention même si il faudra attendre quelques mois pour voir le résultat final. Je n'ai finalement qu'un seul regret : ne pas l'avoir fait plus tôt ! Je recommande Hairpalace à 100%

J'ai effectué ma première greffe de cheveux à Budapest. étant resté du lundi au vendredi j'ai pu découvrir une ville incroyable. Je me suis fait opérer le jeudi 12 Mai. L'équipe est au petit soins avec vous , tout est très bien organisé du début à la fin de la prise en charge . l'opération s'est très bien déroulé. je ne peux que recommander la clinique Hair Palace ou j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir pour une 2èmes greffe de cheveux.

Excellent, very professional. everything went as agreed. The room is comfortable, operation was successfully completed. All medical personal were very efficient.

Alles gut, bin zufrieden. Zudem kommt aber noch, dass der ausgehandelt Preis am ende höher war als wie besprochen, Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wollte man immer wieder versuchen dem Kunden noch mehr Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen das fand ich etwas schade.

Parfait agréables, compétents et professionnels, tout est organisé et expliqué de façon claire . La traductrices et l'équipe est au top. Rien à redire à part vous les conseiller.
