I just want to say this is the best wheelchair transportation services for my Mom, we have tried several companies and she feels the safest with Justin driving her. Itransport is very courteous, respectable, professional, and has some nice vans, and they are always accomodating when scheduling. I will continue to use them to take my Mom to and from her Dr appts, Thank you so much.

I set up my first wheelchair transport for a doctors appointment for my mother with I-Transport this week but before the appointment date my mother had to be rushed by ambulance to the ER. I contacted Juan , explained why we needed to cancel and requested a refund. Juan did not hesitate to refund what we paid and expressed concern for my mother. Now that is the kind of person/company I will do business with in the future.

This business shows kindness , compassion and care...the drivers are safely conscious with their driving and the loading and unloading of the passengers...they make sure safety is number one. This business threats every person like that person is their own family.This business is also fair in their prices. First time using this service and it was exceptionally great! The drivers were friendly, kind, safe and professional and went through extra trouble to make sure my loved one was belted and safety strapped in. They were punctual and flexible! I would recommend this service to anyone!

We needed immediate transport from GA to AL and iTransport was able to handle our last minute request at a great price. The service was very professional and they handled my Mom with great care. I really appreciated how they took the time to ensure she was comfortable and that I was able to ride along with her. They offered water and snacks and had us home on time. If ever I need this type of service again they would be my first and probably only choice. Great job.

The best company, very polite and kindness. They pick up my dad on time and made sure my dad was return on time. Both driver actually came in to the facility to pick up and drop off my dad.
