Bought a refurbished iMac for my son, which arrived with the mouse and keyboard but without the transmitter to connect the mouse and keyboard to the computer.
Had to send back the mouse and keyboard for them to then resend one out which in itself took another 3 weeks.
Delivery of new mouse and keyboard never arrived as the delivery company did not even attempt to deliver and sent back to warehouse.
After trying to communicate with IT trade through email, they are now not replying to my emails and i had to pay for a mouse and keyboard myself at an extra cost so my son could even use the IMAC.

Ordered myself an I Mac yesterday. Arrived exactly in a one hour slot today. Totally thrilled so far. It looks like new (other than the fact it didn’t come in apple packaging). It was even upgraded to a higher storage capacity than I was expecting. Thanks guys. You’re on my Christmas shopping list!

Took months and months but finally received a refund. Couldn’t provide any transaction details, didn’t believe I hadn’t received it or pretended not to. Either incredibly disorganised and incompetent or struggling for cash flow. I have edited this review to remove accusations of dishonesty since I have received my refund.
This is a reputable company with hundreds of employees and has been in business for decades. A refund was issued on the day it was requested and a screenshot was sent to you as proof of the refund. I can do further investigations with the bank if there has been a holdup but please dont make untrue accusations. Please email me directly for an update and i will look into it personally.

Shocking service!!! I received 2 apple refurnished laptops which where in terrible condition the first 1 I sent back. The second that arrive this week is even worse condition than the first one!! Chips shocking paint work. Starched. Just a joke to even send one out in that state. Buttons hanging off and sitting squint and bent. Can’t even erase all content and setting to start fresh have to use there stupid test sign in. It’s shocking and I’ve sent multiple emails not 1 person has yet to response to me!!! I would not recommend buying from here.
