Came and did a half rebuild and repoint of my chimney. Work was completed to a good standard however at the outset it was agreed that they would replace any tiles that they broke like for like. When they returned they replaced the tiles with a completely different and wrong type of tile and some broken tiles were not replaced. Despite numerous chasers, me buying the correct type of tile and reminding them that I expected them to attend when they said they would, a month later the tiles still have not been changed. I will have to pay someone else to do the job.

I called this company and they came straight away and repaired my roof very professional team.

Miles came round to inspect the roof high up where some tiles had come loose and balancing precariously high above our front door. He gave some good advise and actually went out on to the roof and removed the tiles for us for which there was no charge.

Absolutely brilliant, if you want to look at the work Miles and his team did on our roof your more than welcome. From start to finish they were so professional and friendly and even did a few bits that were not included in the price as they saw some issues on an existing roof that we didn’t think needed any work with some cracked tiles that needed replacing and didn’t charge any extra.. also added netting on to stop Seagulls from nesting as well. After having quite a bad roof leak in January after a storm, I called maybe 10 roofing companies to help but they either could not or did not get back to me. The only one that did was Miles of Hydroguard. Miles came round and assessed the job and sent a detailed quotation. Once accepted he told me a start time and I was worried about the roof leaking in the interim but he he sent some of his men round to do temporary fix which worked very well. The three lads worked solidly and constantly for 5 days and I was very pleased with the end result. They also ensured they cleared up all the rubbish as well. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone.

throughly recommend Hydroguard.. they are very professional and do exactly as promised, the guys who carried out the work came got on with the work with no disturbance and where very friendly and left the site very clean, some items were not on the quote but when the guys noticed them they repaired them with no additional cost, have already recommended them to my son.
