He managed every aspect of the project well, from arranging scaffolding and skip hire to ensuring materials were delivered on time and teams were on hand to carry out the work. The teams worked hard completing the job swiftly. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Having used HydroGuard Roofing & Building LTD before I had no hesitation in asking them to repoint the wet verge down the end edge of the roof from top to bottom due to cracking over time and cleaning the gutters inside and out also fascia’s and soffits.I would like to thank Andrew for making sure that the work was completed satisfactory and the property was left clean of any debris. After foolishly getting our roof cleaned by a cold call company, we were devastated the roof looked a shambles! I called Hydroguard for help and advice. Andrew came and assessed the roof, he was very helpful and sympathetic he advised that all the tiles should be re-coated, and a few replaced also some lead flashing and pointing was advisable to correct our problems. We agreed his estimate which we thought was very reasonable! The two roofers that carried out the work were so very professional and tidy! The roof looks fantastic and like new again. We are really thrilled. We would definitely recommend Hydroguard

Came and did a half rebuild and repoint of my chimney. Work was completed to a good standard however at the outset it was agreed that they would replace any tiles that they broke like for like. When they returned they replaced the tiles with a completely different and wrong type of tile and some broken tiles were not replaced. Despite numerous chasers, me buying the correct type of tile and reminding them that I expected them to attend when they said they would, a month later the tiles still have not been changed. I will have to pay someone else to do the job.

Hi Thomas, sorry you weren't happy with the work we carried out on your roof tiles. We were hoping to come back and replace the broken tiles but by the time we had an opening you had already got it sorted by another company. We did carry out a number of additional items that weren't on the original quote and didn't charge for them. Please call us if you wish to discuss further.

Miles came round to inspect the roof high up where some tiles had come loose and balancing precariously high above our front door. He gave some good advise and actually went out on to the roof and removed the tiles for us for which there was no charge.

Absolutely brilliant, if you want to look at the work Miles and his team did on our roof your more than welcome. From start to finish they were so professional and friendly and even did a few bits that were not included in the price as they saw some issues on an existing roof that we didn’t think needed any work with some cracked tiles that needed replacing and didn’t charge any extra.. also added netting on to stop Seagulls from nesting as well.
