My employer uses Husk wellness as a gym benefit. I requested a one-day pass to a local 24-hour gym, and Bobbijo extended it to a week. It took me a while, but I was finally able to visit during staffed hours after two weeks - Bobbijo reissued passes until I finally had my workout. After signing up via the benefit portal, my membership wasn't immediately activated by the gym (it was a Friday evening). I waited over week feeling frustrated, then emailed Bobbijo, who quickly responded and handled the issue. The gym called me and admitted it was their error and apologized. Despite the gym's mistake, I received a partial refund from Husk. I apologized for my frustration towards Husk and let Bobbijo know that I was very happy with the response. Thanks Bobbijo!

Talia was a great help! I didn't know what I needed to make healthy changes to my lifestyle, but my first session was definitely the right nudge. Talia helped me look at food and its capabilities in a whole new light and helped me get rid of a lot of misconceptions. I was skipping breakfast and running on stress for most of the day, and then overeating in the evenings, but no more! Talia gave me the right tools for success and challenged me to eat breakfast every day, which I did. 5 months later, I've cut out 95% of junk and processed foods, and my daily meals are a healthy balance of protein, fat, whole-grain-carbs, fruits, and vegetables. I've lost weight, gained energy, and finally made my health a priority. I highly recommend a Husk session for anyone wants to overhaul their negative relationship with food.

Bobbijo went the extra mile to ensure I could use a coupon code when I couldn't check out online. She followed up without prodding and was overall enthusiastic about providing support.
