I called HUSK to help me answer some questions that I had about the exercise rewards program. I spoke with Jonelle , she was absolutely a pleasure to talk to. She listened and was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and sent me a form in which I needed to complete to get my rewards while we were still on the phone!!!! It was a very quick solution to my questions.

I sent 3 emails and called 3 times. Each and every experience exceeded my expectations. At first I thought it was a fluke, but am glad to say it wasn’t. The response time was lightning fast for calls and emails. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. If you’re a publicly traded company, I will definitely buy stock. My last interaction was with a Ms. Hunt at around 4pm—usually people are ready to go home for the weekend by then—she was patient and explained how I should best go about resolving my issue which turned out to be with Benefit Hub—wish me luck.
