First time in but having missed a pain Dr appointment I needed something to hold me over and they were great. No pushy sales just great service.

Steph was wonderful in helping me find the right product. The variety of products and her wealth of knowledge match hand in hand. I would recommend visiting the store even if you are not familiar with THC/CBD.

I just had the most amazing time at Canna Cavana! Steph was so incredibly helpful and even gave me a number to reach out to in case I had more questions (which I did). My message was responded to right away. I can't wait to go back! Also, the green apple gummy was really good and I cannot wait to try the pre-roll.

As for someone who has never had any experience with CBD/THC products, but was also nervous to come into the shop for fear of being judged or looked at as ignorant… Steph immediately turned my visit into an absolutely wonderful experience and I have been coming here for 6+ months or so now. I struggle with absolutely awful sleep (lack of sleep, can’t fall asleep, night terrors, inability to stay in NREM deep sleep, etc) and she helped more than I can explain to find a product that would help me fall asleep and stay asleep better. Not only did she take the time to hear me but she did NOT make me feel dumb for asking a million questions but rather encouraged them and listened to my NEED and not try to sell me extra stuff I didn’t need. Steph’s s/o is also very kind when I’ve seen him in as well! Taking the time to understand my situation, help fill my need, and not push me into taking or using something I’m going to be uncomfortable with was everything and more that I could have asked for. If you don’t know where to start, start HERE! P.S. she gives my big dog extra big cuddles when I bring him along, so I know that these are good people here. Just need some dog treats!😂

Ordered a delta 8 disposable vape this morning, while on vacation. Seems like great quality, greeted nicely when I walked in, and they gave me a piece of candy and sticker with my order. I will definitely be trying more from here. 👍🏼😁

I think for someone like me from a legal state these fake cannabis substitutes will never suffice. But what really struck me about this place was how incredibly expensive it was. It is more expensive than the real thing! this was the most expensive of the four shops I visited today. The lady was very uneducated about cannabis and hemp in general. Could not speak to the effects of any of her products. This is a place for novices.

My wife and I visited this business for the first time yesterday, we were overly satisfied with the overall experience and the product(Death Star). Steph was very helpful, informative, and felt like a person instead of a someone trying to sell me something. Which is something I value a lot. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone I can in the future.

I want to say that your CBD Pain Gel works amazingly. Used it on my knee because pain medication alone wasn’t working, after rubbing in the cream really good , it brought my pain down to a manageable level. Also used it on my mother, she said it worked on her as well. Will be ordering more soon , loved the CBD gummies also.

I visited here 5 times in my 2 week trip, definitely worth stopping by! The woman who helped me, Steph, was just the sweetest everytime we went in, always helpful in the decision making process and even remembered my boyfriend and I’s names by the third visit 😊

I've worked in sales and customer service, so I know how vital it is to interact with customers well. It means answering questions, asking the right ones, and knowing your products. This company does all of that and makes customers feel welcome. Plus, their prices are fair, and their stuff is top-notch.

I was skeptical at first but the moon rock turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I live in Northern California and to me this is better than anything I could get from dispensaries. It seems that in the places where it’s legal they oversaturate their strains with thc to the point where it’s unpleasant.

I went here the other day after about 3 years of not being there. Walked in and specifically asked for hhc and delta 8. I'm not sure if the lady was hard of hearing or racist but I didn't appreciate her loudly saying "well first of all we don't sell thc here, we just have delta 8 and thc o". Nobody asked for thc I'm not blind or stupid. She also had hhc in there so I'm really unsure as to why thc needed to be mentioned to me. I won't be going back to this shop. Hire better people.
