We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. The very quiet no through private road meant that we could really enjoy the peace and privacy. The villa was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location in Rawai was perfect and the hosts and additional services that they offer were some of the best we have ever experienced. We certainly plan to visit again.

We had a great nights stay, very much enjoyed the pool and peaceful surroundings. Just a short walk from Soi Sai yuan’s Restaurants, banks and convenience stores. Went to Nai Harn beach which was beautiful and only 5 or 6 minutes with a bolt driver. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The best host I have come across so far on this app. The house itself was extremely beautiful, clean and matched the exact description. The swimming pool was clean they also have a cleaner for the pool which was great. The hosts were so lovely, and really accommodated us. I felt right at home they answered any questions quickly, were very attentive and helped wherever they could. They went above and beyond for my guest and I. I will be back again thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and taking such good care of us. Amazing service and home I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Phuket, it’s close to all attractions, there’s restaurants nearby, salons, anything you could really need. A 7/11 is super local too. Thank you guys once again I will be back again for sure 💗💗

We had a great stay at this villa. Very spacious, clean and private, in a fantastic location. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The private Muay Thai lesson at the villa was something else. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Baaan Richmond. The villa is exactly as described. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well set up. The central pool area is a real highlight. It’s quiet, fully enclosed, and perfect for relaxing after a tour or training (both of which the host arranged for us). The indoor/outdoor layout works really well, and it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids while they play or swim. The BBQ space is also fantastic—cool and comfortable, and we used it a couple of times in the evenings.Inside, everything is comfortable and practical. The living area is large with a good TV setup, the kitchen is properly equipped (not just basic Airbnb gear), and having a washing machine is a big plus. Air-conditioning in all rooms and fast Wi-Fi made the stay easy and comfortable. The games room, with a pool table and dart board, is a great addition and ideal for families.Location-wise, it’s perfect for training or exploring the south of Phuket. It’s just a short drive to Rawai Be
