My name is zenib I came to house of salon today and got a Jenson facial done by naina khan it was amazing and I loved the results she also done my eye brows threading and waxing I was pleased with the results. Afshah did my Mani and pedi and the results was also lovely and the massage was amazing to I will recommend others to definitely come here and will return back again.

We went for manicures, pedicures (French tips), hair color, and blow-drys—and it was honestly one of the worst salon experiences ever.
The staff clearly didn’t know how to do French tips. Halfway through, I had to ask them to remove my nail polish because it looked that bad. My sister didn’t even get hers done after seeing mine. On top of that, they asked someone from their team to go downstairs and buy nail polish remover—specifically saying “paani wala nail remover le aana.” That’s the level of quality we’re talking about.
Hair color? A disaster. They told my sister her hair looked “beautiful” and tried to send her off. She left quietly, but I brought her back and asked them to clean it up. Even the “fix” was poorly done. The first photo below shows what they proudly called “absolutely beautiful” And the second is how they fixed it.
As for the blow-dry, we paid for a full one and all she got was a quick dry. When I pointed it out, they just shrugged it off with, “Oh, blow-dry just means drying the hair.” Completely dismissive and unprofessional. I told them I have paid for a proper blow dry and styling but they were like I was given the wrong instructions - which apparently is my fault.
They try to come off as a high-end luxury salon, but in reality, it’s all show and no substance. Unskilled staff, poor service, and zero accountability. Save your money—go anywhere else.

As explained at the time, due to Easter staff shortages, we informed you there would be a wait for a Hair Artist. however, upon your request to proceed quickly, we accommodated you with available staff. We're it didn't meet your expectations, but we always aim to be transparent and do our best even in challenging situations.
I just had another fantastic experience with Rimsha! I tried the Loreal Treatment for my dry and damaged hair, and it was amazing, as always. She's not only super talented but also so professional. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for top-notch service in Pakistan. You won’t be disappointed!
