Good location Just back from a short stay here. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The decor is a never ending brown all over the place. Brown carpet, brown walls, brown hallways. However we were out and about visiting the city so that was not an issue. Overall the experience was very good. The receptionists are rather unfriendly and strangely snooty which is a pity as they are front of house. The staff in the restaurant and bar are more customer oriented. Breakfast was decent. We ate once in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The bar on the 17th floor is well run and the view is stunning from there. The location is very handy. A few things could be improved but I would stay there again.

Prob would not stay here again. It was difficult to find the Hotel using GPS. Pros: Lamb was delicious. Cons: No English on TV. No coffee in room. Room a tad small.)

Op loopafstand van het metrostation met een directe verbinding naar het vliegveld (voor €2,90). Tevens op loopafstand van het centrum. Hotel personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is netjes. Alleen het bed is kei en kei hard! Bij de receptie gevraagd; alle bedden zijn zo. Kreeg er wel een soort topper op. Scheelde iets. Bed bleef helaas niet fijn om in te slapen. メトロの１番線側のエレベーターで出口に向かうと楽にホテルに到着できます。反対側だとかなりの距離を石畳をスーツケースを引っ張ることになります。外観などは古い印象を持ちますが、部屋は改装されてキレイです。水回りなども問題ありません。朝食はロビー階のレストランで果物やスイーツなどがいただけます。市場にも近くお勧めのホテルです。 ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Pode melhorar Estive hospedada neste hotel e os quartos são divinais. A limpeza deixou muito ah quem, havia cabelos pretos no quarto o que quer dizer que não foi bem limpo, havia pó e nota se que não foi verificado antes de ser entregue ao hóspede. Contudo, o jantar era divinal, o vinho maravilhoso e a sobremesa melhor ainda. Só acho que para um hotel de 4 estrelas chover dentro e haver toalhas o que torna deselegante o espaço/ falta de manutenção e cuidado.

Fantástico todo Hotel, personal increíbles Celebramos el cumpleaños de una amiga y la obsequiaron con una botella de cava y unas pastas, un detallazo, hasta los camareros vinieron a cantar el cumpleaños feliz !! Las habitaciones fantásticas todas, los desayunos muy buenos y muy variados Ni que decir sobre el personal super amables y pendientes de todo. Súper recomendado para todo el mundo.

Um dos meus hoteis de eleição sempre que vou ao Porto. ☺ Excelente hotel onde já fiquei mais do que uma vez. Staff 5 estrelas, serviços otimos. Recomendo este hotel. ☹ Desta vez fiquei num quarto perto do elevador e o barulho notava-se mais. No entanto, como apenas fiquei uma noite, acabei por não pedir alteração.

Pire séjour au Portugal ! A fuir ☺ Rien ☹ Notre chambre était entre deux acsenceurs donc tres Bruyant. On a changé de chambre pour se retrouver collé au couloir de service egalement tres bruyant a cause des chariots de ménage. La personne assurant l'accueil du restaurant a été méprisante et nous a interdit même de voir la salle de restaurant car nous n'avions pas de réservation.
