⭐ Warning: The first option the hotel shows on their website is actually in a separate building on a different street, and this crucial detail is not clearly communicated during booking. I only noticed after paying that my room was in a completely different building outside the main hotel. Such a major difference should be stated openly, not hidden in the fine print. When I contacted the hotel (late afternoon, not evening), the staff member told me they would handle it the next day. The following day, she simply informed me that their cancellation policy applied and they would not refund my money — even though if they had addressed the issue immediately, the policy wouldn’t have applied yet. When I asked for a room in the main building, they offered only a more expensive option. I could have accepted the situation, but one expects a wellness spa hotel to have pleasant, professional staff. Instead, the communication from the lady I spoke with was defensive and unfriendly, at times almost hostile — as if the mistake were mine rather than the result of unclear information. Because of this attitude, we chose to stay elsewhere and let them keep the money. We moved to Olympic Palace, which was excellent and had genuinely friendly staff. This approach to guests is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Update: "Der Hinweis auf steile Wege ist KEINE Kritik am Hotel. Es ist nur ein Hinweis darauf, und dass man sich vorbereiten muss. Wir haben für wenig Geld mehrmals einen Bolt genommen. Das Hotel kann nichts für die Topographie!" Für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuß sind nicht geeignet. Steile Wege nach unten zur Fußgängerzone.

Fein, Nobel - den Urlaub wert
☺ Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, Schallschutzfenster und wenn gewünscht in Richtung Berg. Nobel eingerichtete Zimmer. Restaurant benötigt immer Vorbestellung,ohne wird es schwer. Parkplatz etwas außerhalb, aber machbar, nur für gehbehinderte am Hang - schwierig und etwas zu weit dafür. Wellness machbar, haben wir nicht ausprobiert, Frühstück vielseitig und für jeden was dabei. Ausreichend und notfalls das Personal ansprechen wenn Brötchenkorb leer wird. Ausreichend Zeit zum Frühstück.
☹ Parkplatz am Hang, dafür aber in einer schönen alten Stadt und kostenlos, dass möchte man bedenken,sehr nettes Personal.
Cudowny personel, najwspanialsza jest Pani na recepcji, ma Boga w sercu i wielką miłość do człowieka, bardzo pomocna i przede wszystkim cierpliwa z dużą ilością empatii
Polecam hotel na 5 gwiazdek, przyjeżdżacie, spędzicie tutaj niesamowity czas
Do tego piękne pokoje, urządzone w eleganckim stylu oraz cały hotel wygląda pięknie z klasą, można poczuć się przytulnie i bardzo sympatycznie
Lokalizacja wspaniała, zaraz obok rynku i dostępu do gorących źródeł
Jeśli chodzi o Karlove Vary to tylko hotel Grande Madonna

☺Sehr schönes Hotel! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Sehr nette Personal. Es stimmt einfach alles.
☹Leider muss ich doch was teilen, uns hat tatsächlich nicht gefallen Abendessen,da musste was ändern.

Listopadový pobyt.
Hotel se nachází v dobré lokalitě dostupné do centra lázní, blízko vřídlo, kolonády, pěkný, laděný v romantickém stylu, to se mi líbilo. Pobyt jsem si dala jako dárek k narozeninám, měla jsem požadavek na jednolůžkový pokoj ve vyšším patře, s balkonem, hotel takový nabízí. Dostala jsem pokoj v nejnižším patře, hned u výtahu, který byl dost slyšet, pokoj byl bez balkonu, výhled z okna na nějaké neútulné zázemí hotelu, kde byly jakési barely a kýble. Nic hezkého. Cena v tomto případě byla přemrštěná. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem si přijela užívat Karlovy Vary, na pokoj chodila vlastně jen přespat, nechtěla jsem si kazit narozeninový dárek, tak jsem to neřešila. Pokoj byl ale čistý, postel pohodlná, osušky měkkoučké. Konec listopadu -bylo na pokoji celkem chladno. Wifi fungovala, televize bez signálu. Snídaně byly dostačující, vesměs hodně stejné, dalo se vybrat. Restaurace pěkná. Obsluhující slečny, převážně UA, se netvářily příliš vlídně, ani usměv. Mimo snídaně nebylo možné dát si kávu, nabízeli pouze čaj v baru u recepce, na 4* nic moc. Balneo, no, využila jsem pouze saunu, bublinková relaxační koupel, často bývalo plno, a provoz pouze do 19. hod. Žádné jiné služby jsem nevyužila.

☺Wir hatten ein Ziel, ,, Erholung und nicht auf jeden Fehler zu achten .Personal war freundlich Zimmer sind schön . Essen genug und alles vorhanden.
☹1. Die Lampe über das Bett schön aber mega unpraktisch.
2. Die Gäste die sich sehr schlecht benommen haben, nach Ihnen kann nur noch Chaos , sei es in Wellness oder bei Tee trinken. Schade.
