Nettes und traditionelles Hotel. Hat sehr viel Charm mit den Möbeln. Zimmer waren neuer, alles sauber und rein. Hatten zwei Einzelbetten als Doppelbett und Zimmer mit Bergblick. Ich glaube manche Zimmer waren draußen in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht (wir im Hauptgebäude). Frühstück war einfach, nichts außergewöhnliches weder positiv noch negativ. Das Abendessen hingegen sehr gut im "normalen Restaurant" ohne das Michelin Menü. Gerichte zu empfehlen: Rösti mit Kalbgeschnetzeltem und der Rinderspies. Service könnte manchmal etwas freundlicher sein. Pluspunkt auf jeden Fall: Room Service jeden Tag was heutzutage schon fast ungewöhnlich ist. Verbindung zur Zugstation ist 10 Minuten bei Fuß.

This was my first hotel stay in the Swiss countryside. If you’re not used to such lodge hotels, you might feel a bit underwhelmed in the beginning. However, in a couple of days I fell in love with the place. The service is great. The breakfast variety is amazing and the quality is outstanding. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the city centre so it is much better to take the bus. The only thing is, I think it is a bit too expensive, otherwise, if you can find it at an affordable price for you, then it is definitely a fantastic place to stay. There is away from the busy and loud city centre. Also, it is very close to the windows will station, and it’s a very pleasant walk to get there. Only drawback: it can get very hot on the summer, so nets on the windows and a fan would be really great!

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal!! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wahnsinnig lecker. Zimmer sehr sauber, leider fehlt hier drin der Chalet-Charme. Wir haben das Zimmer wirklich nur zum schlafen gebraucht, da wir 3 Tage das Truck&Country Festival besucht haben. Der Zimmer Preis von über Fr. 400.--/Nacht ist sicher überrissen teuer, deshalb geniessen wir unseren Aufenthalt, werden uns aber einen weiteren Besuch nicht leisten können/wollen.

Can't fault this wonderful place and idyllic location. Superb food and staff. Bravo!!

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en un encantador hotel en Wilderswil, cerca de Interlaken, y quedé gratamente sorprendido por la experiencia. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una amabilidad excepcional por parte del personal, lo que marcó el tono de una estadía memorable. El desayuno es uno de los puntos más destacados del hotel, ofreciendo una variedad de quesos suizos increíbles que deleitan a cualquier amante del queso. Además, la comida es excelente, con la fondue de queso siendo la estrella del menú. Cada bocado es una explosión de sabor, haciendo de cada comida una experiencia inolvidable. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor y sumamente cómodo. Las habitaciones están decoradas con un estilo cálido y tradicional, proporcionando una sensación de hogar lejos de casa. Después de un día explorando la hermosa región de Interlaken, regresar al hotel es como entrar en un refugio de paz y comodidad. No puedo dejar de mencionar la amabilidad de la dueña del hotel. Tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir una charla muy agradable con ella, lo que añadió un toque personal y cálido a nuestra estancia. Su dedicación y hospitalidad reflejan el espíritu del hotel y hacen que los huéspedes se sientan realmente bienvenidos. El entorno del hotel es sacado de un cuento. Rodeado de montañas impresionantes y paisajes verdes, el entorno natural es simplemente espectacular. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y desconectar del mundo, disfrutando de la belleza suiza en su máxima expresión. En resumen, este coqueto hotel en Wilderswil, Interlaken, es una joya que destaca por su amabilidad, su delicioso desayuno, su comida excelente, especialmente la fondue de queso, su ambiente acogedor y cómodo, y su entorno de ensueño. Sin duda, es un lugar al que desearía volver.

I stayed there for three nights, I really enjoyed it! The food was excellent, the staff very nice and the room very comfortable. The hotel has a typical Swiss ambience and a beautiful view of the Alps. The location is great, as it's 10 minutes from the train station. I would love to come back!!

Schöne Junior Suite mit eigener Lounge, sauber, gemütlich, modern, sehr gepflegt. Restaurant sehr zum empfehlen, ausgiebiges Gourmet Halbpension vom Michelin Sternekoch dazugebucht und genossen, super Weinangebot. Sehr ruhige Lage, 10-15Min zum Bahnhof Wilderswil. Frühstück sehr gut, Raum jedoch eng. Für 3 Sterne eine sehr gute Auswahl, darum 5 Punkte.

the experience is really awful. I paid the same price but have to live in the loft. The ceiling is really low so that I will get my head hit everytime I sit in my bed. the reception told me that it is not possible to change a room. Another weird thing is that we can’t eat food or drinks and hot water in the room to “protect the old house”. They only offer hot water in the first floor. Everytime I want to get hot water. I need to go to the first floor. But they have not lift! At night, when I go to the lounge to get some hot water. I just found that there is not any light. In the lounge, if you step inside, you’ll find that the light will all go off because of the sensor. It is the most awful hotel I have ever been to.

The service was the high point, the food was average.

Wir durften das gesamte Gourmet-Menü mit Weinbegleitung geniessen. Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend. Wir hatten ein vegetarisches Menü, drei Menüs mit Fleisch und Fisch bestellt, auch der Wunsch, ein Menü glutenfrei zu machen, wurde berücksichtigt (wir haben dies bei der Reservierung rechtzeitig mitgeteilt). Der Familiäre-Service und das Ambiente waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I had a coffee and cake and the service and deserts are incredible!

My sister and I have just returned to England after staying 6 nights at the Hotel Alpenblick on a Rail Discoveries holiday. The hotel is full of character and our room was very comfortable.The television seems to receive every possible channel - not just Swiss ones (though we didn't spend time watching TV!). The food was absolutely delicious - plenty of choice at breakfast, and our dinners had several courses and were amazing. The staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English so I didn't need to use my hesitant German. I hope I will be able to make a return trip soon!

Schönes Hotel mit Character Das Hotel ist 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Interlaken West entfernt und ist damit sehr gut gelegen. Das renovierte Hotel bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Alpen und ein überaus bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein, das Frühstück war mit dabei und in jeder Hinsicht ausgewogen ^^ Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ☺️
