Not satisfied with the service we received. We ordered 2 hot dogs ($7 each), and a fry ($10). They gave us two hot dogs and two fries, said we paid for it. We were upset about the extra 10 dollars we were charged, knowing we were not able to eat them. We were charged $38 on our card. Where the extra 4 dollars came from we have no idea. We attend the food truck on 9/6 - Ohio State football game.

Everything about it was awful. They were at a youth softball tournament in Whitehall. $12 for a cheeseburger that cane from a frozen bag from GFS and $12 for a side of fries! They couldn't remember what anyone ordered. Ungloved hands touching food (gross). "Frozen" stuff being kept in coolers and not a freezer. Mold on someone's bun and they were told no refund. When I got my food 25 minutes after ordering the cheeseburger was not even hot. I threw it away after 2 bites because I was worried about getting food poisoning. Ridiculous waste of money and time.

First of all all our employees I say Certified so we have cameras on them 24 seven because we are safety conscious on the food so they definitely were wearing gloves second of all our burgers are half pound burgers and we never had a complaint you probably just didn’t like the price and I apologize for that But with everything going up in the food cost, our margins are right there and you didn’t have to purchase the product from us. Our prices are posted. It’s a special event. We pay money to be there. It’s like when you go to Special event concert and stuff. Hot Dog Wally catered my daughter's graduation party. We had so many compliments on the food and service. Everyone working the food truck was personable and helpful. We opted for a taco/burrito theme. Some of the kids wanted quesadillas which weren't on the menu, but the staff made it happen with a smile. I also had a margarita machine from Wally and it was a HIT! If you're looking for delicious food and outstanding customer service, give Wally a call. You won't be disappointed.

For the first time I had a spicy dog at the Stadium Series NHL game this month. Holy cow ! It was delicious and spicy. Added ketchup only. I love h otdogs and this is definitely one of the best. Just placed an online order. Didn't try the brat that was in the stadium, but it's gotta be good. Spicy dogs will be my go to going forward.

I ordered some hot dogs to be shipped to me a month ago and haven't received them and emailed them about my order and have been completely ignored . Does # 10011 ring a bell ? ? ? This is a joke
