La ubicación buena, las habitaciones nada mal camas cómodas sábanas limpias y en buen estado toallas también La limpieza era buena excepto en el baño un poco más limpio no estaría mal Personal es amable peroooo cunado pedí tener wifi el cual nunca tuve pues ví a varios huéspedes quejarse de lo mismos muy cordialmente la recepcionista te manda a volar amablemente y bueno al final tuvimos que ir a una cafetería para poder tener wifi y hacer nuestras siguientes reservas

Llegamos el sábado 27 de enero 2024, en la noche para dormir había demasiado ruido exterior parece que hacen carreras en la misma calle del hostal, las habitaciones eran extremadamente sencillas sin tv, sin lámpara de noche, sin clóset o cómoda solo un pequeño mesón. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación con baño privado y era igual de fea. Cuando nos sirvieron el desayuno la muchacha nos dijo que era un solo plato con 1 rebanada de queso y una de jamón por habitación (éramos 2 adultos y 1 niño de 3 años) sin ninguna consideración, además con muy mala disposición y cero ganas de ayudar. No volvería 👎🏽

Oh, what a delightful symphony of revving engines and screeching tires I experienced at this charming hostel! Who needs a lullaby when you can be serenaded by the soothing sounds of a midnight street race? The balcony, a perfect stage for this auditory spectacle, also doubles as a portal for all the ambient light enthusiasts out there. Forget about soundproofing; we believe in sharing the love, especially at 2-6 AM. Sweet dreams, or should I say, vroom-vroom nightmares? There was a bed in the room and the staff were nice. That’s why they get 3 and not 1 star. BEWARE! YOU WONT BE ABLE TO SLEEP!

Nice hostel in downtown Punta Arenas. Our private room faced the street so there was ample sunlight. The staff is just fabulous and go out of their way to help. The shared bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was so-so.

I didn't stay here, but had coffee next door. While it is not very likely that I will return to this far away Punta Arenas again, but if I do, I would probably want to stay here. What a location!

No pude llegar a un mejor lugar ! Buena ubicacion, a unos pasos de la plaza de arma ! En todo momento atendido por Miguel ! ( el dueño ) se siente un ambiente de hogar ! Miguel en todo momento preocupado del vienestar de uno ! Apoyando en la mobilizacion Desde aeropuerto y bice verza, apoyo en los tours ,una atención completa , la hostal impecable , nada que decir ! Baños limpios ,habitaciones, con calefacción, buenas camas ,todo limpio y ordenado , hablar de más seria redundar en l Buen servicio. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE . 👌 Gracias x Todo A Miguel y las chicas q atienden.

Si buscas lujos no es el lugar, tampoco encontrarás televisión en las habitaciones por ejemplo, pero sin dudar es un muy buen lugar para descansar, y eso es reconfortante después de trabajar o de turistear. El desayuno podría mejorar, pero está bien en relación al precio de sus habitaciones.

Great hotel in downtown punta arenas. It’s more of a hotel than a hostel - not very social, pretty quiet, clean rooms and comfy beds, without a bunk bed in sight. Miguel at the front desk was really lovely. Super clean, well located. My only regret is not asking for a room on the back side of the hostel - the ones that face the main street can be a bit loud with cars driving by and breakfast was definitely not something to write home about. Overall, would recommend to a friend!
