I am complaining about you staff being on phones, listening to music with earphones, staff wearing tracksuit bottoms and staff being rude.
I was speaking to 2 staff who were lovely and helpful back in January Fiona and Martin who helped me alot when I moved over here to Dublin from Nigeria they recommended things for me to do when I came over and they knew their stuff, that when my family came to visit dublin I wanted to bring them on citysightseeing but because of the complete utter rudeness and non professionalism from your staff I actually decided not to use citysightseeing I went with do dublin the green bus who are very friendly, helpful and professional and buses are more frequent, I always used citysightseeing but after the experience with your staff especially the girl in the tourist office with long hair and glasses by name of Luceilia who claimed to be supervisor she should not have a job she is very rude and can't speak to customers the staff wearing tracksuit should be sent home staff wearing white tshirts under uniform which is visible to customers is a joke,
If fiona and Martin where still there I would've used citysightseeing but after the staff you have now I refuse to use citysightseeing, Brin your 2 staff back with were helpful fiona and Martin at least they have excellent customer service skills
Easy workflow, reliable and very friendly drivers and good pricing compared to other offers of the same type. I booked online and got the tickets from one of the streetworkers at Trinity college. Free but cheap headphones are included, i would bring my own ones tbh.
We hoped of several times and back on, had to wait like 15 Minutes for the next bus.
I liked the driver mike who played typical irish music between the audio-commentarys.
Glad you played the english version without headsets, (Bonus: that means less waste of earpieces)
Wish there was another bus en route... we saw other companies drive by more frequently. We noticed this price was lower.
Stop 1 is mislabeled on the online map, its about 7 bus lengths away from the actual stop.

Driver Mark was wonderful but driver who let us off at the Epic Museum around 2:30 was horrible. He was on his cell phone talking very loud, failed to turn on narration and sat for about 10 min at Phoenix Park. Passengers disembarked as they wanted were tired of waiting. He lacked professionalism. As a former tour operator, I would have fired him. We also had no idea of scheduled arrivals at pick up points. I have used city sightseeing all over the world and this was my first bad experience.

Our first driver was great. But the second driver was horrible. He was on his phone the whole time and for some reason stopped at Phoenix park for 8-10 minutes. About 5 people got off the the bus they were so annoyed. Of course he was yelling at someone on the phone. He never turned on the narration After that experience I would recommend the green bus or the burgundy bus to anyone coming to Dublin
On side note. MARK was outstanding. He shared information and was very personable.
In today’s technology age it would be great if you could incorporate interactive maps so you have an idea on when the bus would be there without wasting 20-30 mins wondering when it is.

Kostbare Urlaubszeit verstreicht am Straßenrand.
Wir hätten echt mehr sehen können würde wie versprochen alle 30 min ein Bus vorbei kommen.
In der Wartezeit an der Haltestelle sind zwei Big Bus und ein DoDublin vorbei gefahren.

The driver we saw in the begiining was nice. If you are on a cruise ship you are better off booking one right when you get off the ship. This took us 20 minutres to get to and runs every 30 minutes. You lose to much time waiting. Other companies are every 15. We used HOHO in other ports that were every 15 so not sure why this one is every 30 minutes
