Went and saw Dr. Sarabjit Neelam. Very unprofessional, didn’t care for my symptoms only wanted to push is own agenda. The staff was rude and not forthcoming. Only 1 lady working there smiled and was professional the rest didn’t say a word to me or my wife. The doctor tried to be arrogant and play 20 questions with me instead of helping me with my symptoms, he basically chalked it up to me being “young” even though I told him all my symptoms and the pain I’ve been dealing with for over a year. I RECOMMEND NO ONE SEE THIS DOCTOR AND HE BE RELIEVED OF HIS MEDICAL LICENSE BECAUSE HES NOT OUT TO HELP PEOPLE.

I’ve been going to McClure Macomb physicians group since 2017. The staff has always been friendly, kind and respectful. Dr. Mark Stephen is my physician. He’s a wonderful man. He always makes time for me. He does last-minute virtuous and with my schedule that is so important. He takes time with me and I’m sure he does without his patience to go over health matters…. I would recommend Mark Stephen at McLAREN McComb, physicians to anyone and everyone.

I see Dr. Neelam for my GI problems. I have no problems with him. I have issues with the people at the front desk who answer the phones. Brooke at the front desk was not friendly and was not pleasant with trying to resolve my concern. It was like she did not want to work. She placed me on hold several times and did not reach out to get answers for my concerns. Not helpful, friendly, or concerned with patients. Doctor office staff should be more pleasant and helpful, they are the Frontline to that doctor's office. If I were not a patient with Dr. Neelam already before I came across Brooke, I would have found another doctor's office.

Made a new patient appointment to come see Dr. Matte. I took off early from work to see the doctor but when I got here I was told by the receptionist Holly that I’m not on the schedule and there’s no way I can be seen. This office is very unorganized and wasted my time. The receptionist is not very friendly either. She said “there’s 5 different receptionist here and we don’t know who would put you down at this time.” Don’t waste your time going down there if you are a new patient and need late appointment.
