Honolulu Movers was an awesome crew! Punctual, detail oriented, and literally a life-saver with my last minute move. They are incredibly hard working, efficient and really affordable! The flat per-hour model was the best deal at the end of the day -- saving money on a lot of superfluous surcharges I've seen in the past. I would 100% recommend them to absolutely anyone with no reservations.

Worse company to hire to move your item. Paid $239 per hour to move my things. I packed everything myself, and all they had to do is to load it in their truck and took them 6hr to finish the job due to employees slacking around playing on their phone, vaping while disassembling my dining table. They also have they called a foreman and took over an hour to almost disassemble my two bed frame. How crazy is that?. And even said they need to take a break! When I noticed they were taking their time, I called their manager to report the issue, and the manager had to called his worker on the job and one of them started acting up swearing while moving my things and start to slam my item on the group damaging my furniture. The worker even requested to take a break, which had never happened before when I used them for the first time. Then I called the company again, and they sent two guys 30mins after to load up the rest of the item. When they get to the drop off location and start to get the bed frame assemble, they didn't know what to do or don't know how to install it back, so I had to figure out myself and jump in to finish the assembly. After the job was completed, I started walking around to my furniture/dresser, I noticed major damages. How disappointing to see you work hard to invest in things and a person just break things like nothing happen. I wouldn't mind paying them $1,400 plus if the job was satisfied but not experienced these things. I highly suggest hiring another company to move your things if you dont want to get your things damage or get ripped off from this company.

Shanden, Sefo, Dillion, Lando & Rakeem set the standard in executing the smoothest move in my 18 years of federal active duty service. Attention to detail was second to none. The guys were extremely professional and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. I couldn't have asked for more. Do not hesitate to conduct business with them. Mahalo!

They were really nice, the movers told me the guys originally scheduled to move us called out and they had to help us. Didn't seem too happy to help us honestly which I understand your day off and get called in is annoying. They also had a worker who looked to be 16yrs... They had a few vaping breaks & tried to squeeze furniture through doors that ended up scraping & scuff marks. It was okay experience but I personally don't think was worth $1,000+ they seem like good people though.

We used Honolulu Movers for a recent small office move. They were super great at communicating promptly, showed up on time, and moved our furniture without any problems. They also found our very tricky garage without too much trouble. I was impressed. I will definitely used them again.

I've used movers in previous moves and this was the first time using Honolulu Movers for a local move. Movers arrived 30 minutes late, there were supposed to be 3 guys but only 2 showed up, they didn't bring any wardrobe boxes and the truck wasn't big enough to fit everything. I had to go back the next day to move all the clothes and items left behind on my own. The 2 guys worked really hard and I even tried calling dispatch on the day of the move to request another guy to help them out but there was no answer and never returned my call. I called customer service after the move and still no call back. I gave a two rating because the guys worked hard. Update: Anna in Customer Service contacted me and we came to an amicable resolution. She was very apologetic and quick to solve the issue.

Cody and his team members were very professional, reliable, and efficient. Easy to work with. At the end of the day, they surpassed my expectations, including my budgets. I will definitely use their business again. Job, well done, guys. Thank you.

Excellent job well done. I highly recommend. They were fast and efficient! I tipped them a nice portable AC.
