Warning to Future Customers — My Experience with This Company I would like to warn anyone thinking about using this company: they are not professional. I hired this company to check whether a piece of land was suitable for building. A gentleman from their team called me first and asked for the address — which was understandable. However, his next question was about the speed limit on the road, saying they needed that information to assess access from the main road. Just to clarify, the land is on a dirt road and already has proper access. He then asked if there were any houses around the property, which clearly showed he had no idea what land he was talking about. Later, he told me there were “no constraints” and that I could go ahead and submit a full planning application. I asked him how he could possibly say that when he didn’t even know which land we were discussing! To be sure, I hired another company to review the same site. After their proper research, they confirmed that the land is in the green belt, meaning no building is allowed. This proves that the first company did no real work — they were only interested in pushing me to submit a full application to make more money. In short: please stay away from this company. They are unprofessional, careless, and misleading.

Every one seemed to be gunning for my parents business through anywhichway possible but ultimately I decided to go with Homz UK as they not only seemed trustworthy & incredibly sympathetic to the issues we had faced in the past but reasonably priced too with no frills attached like some of the others we were in communication with and honestly we've been pleasantly surprised by their level of commitment and professionalism throughout the whole process in getting our application approved. Absolutely useless. Had their service for a year for HMO. They are completely hands off after application, they don’t chase and don’t communicate but passively sit. They won’t answer phone from you either if they have a difficult case to resolve , will stop answer calls from you. Don’t waste the time.

Hi Tom, we are disappointed to see that you wanted to withdraw your application which was still under decision with the council. This is your decision and we respect that.
When we check our database, we can see over 140 emails sent and several calls made to the council and yourself. We’re not sure what you mean by being passive during the process.
In your case, the council asked for a 500 m radius parking stress survey and you refused to provide this. We did our best to explain to the council why you are hesitant but they were adamant on this and unfortunately you didn’t choose to cooperate with them on this. As planning agents we can only do so much to resolve a case, if the client is not keen to cooperate with the council the result is generally negative.
