Buying and selling in a very hot market could have been stressful but Forde made it easy. He explained to us a lot of options we didn't know we had in the purchasing process that allowed us to secure a closed deal on our very first offer. In the selling process he went to extra mile to have our home inspected by an interior designer at no cost to us, showed up at the house for a 3 day long open house, and generally made himself available for any questions we had. I could not recommend him more, he is a great choice as an agent whether you are looking to buy, sell, or both!
