This IS “The One”! I searched for a solid 6 months to find the right R.E.I. Flipping Program. Glenn & Amber's video came up in my FB feed and I was instantly impressed. Signed up for the 3 day paid workshop and WOW.....Did it deliver! A half day is worth the money I paid. I can't believe how much info they packed into this program. It is at a nice pace though ,so that you can really take in the information. They brought their A game, as did every team member and presenter in the program. They really go above and beyond. Their entire system is solid from top to bottom. Quite a roll out. I'm definitely hungry for more of this top notch program ,and plan to take it to the next level. I really don't think you can find a better system and education. I didn't, and I searched for a long time! If you are ready to level up, invest the small amount and prepare to have your mind blown!

I have been wanting to write this review for a good few years now. This is my opinion as an actual customer who has found "success" with the program. I will preface by saying YES this is a real program that actually can and will help you invest in real estate. The real estate coaching is real, the life coaching is real, the zoom classes and everything else is actually real and can be informative and helpful. I am not disgruntled and I did learn from the program. The reason for my rating however, is due to a few factors. First of all, the weekend seminar. I'm assuming if you're reading this, you are either attending it or are planning on attending it. Part of the seminar involves them telling everyone to go write a 5 star review in exchange for a gift card. Take that into consideration when reading these reviews. Additionally, I would consider the recruitment tactics used to be manipulative and/or predatory. They spend the whole weekend drilling into your head how bad you need this program. They show you how easy it is to access "hidden money" for your "real estate investments" by telling you to open a heloc or divest your 401k. Towards the end, they even have a "fundraising event" that gets you pre-approved for high interest personal loans. All of these options so you have no excuse but to buy into the program. They tell you not to tell any family or friends about the program before you buy because "they wouldn't understand". They make you invest your whole weekend into the seminar and only teach you enough to feel like by not jumping on board, you're wasting the time that you've already given them. They do everything they can to manipulate you into getting on board. If you are currently in the seminar, pay attention to that stuff. In addition to my feelings on the seminar, my big issue with the program is the value. They offer a lot of flashy stuff in their program, but a lot of it either will never be used, or can be obtained elsewhere for much, much less. Putting yourself tens of thousands in debt before you even make your first investment just isn't smart. You can start investing in real estate with a few hundred to get yourself an llc online and join your local REIA. you don't need any fancy foreign entity S Corp. Your legal structure can grow with your business. You don't need to pay thousands for a coach, just make connections at your REIA and learn everything you can. My "success" is more due to the connections I made at my local REIA than what I learned in this program. I know success comes in different forms to different people, but I can assure you from experience that starting your business $30k plus in debt is going to put up more roadblocks than it takes down. Whether you are successful and recoup the cost of the program or not, you will never see that exact money again. The tangible value of this program to your business is $0 and a whole lot of debt. That is a big gamble to make. I just wanted to post this review not to bash, but to give prospective investors a chance to make a truly informed decision on a matter as significant as this.

First the price of the seminar for a 3 day workshop and the information provided is a steal. One of the Best parts of the workshop is the mindset portion. They could have charged a lot more for the 3-day than they did. The amount of value my man and I got from it is impressive! Granted, you have to show up! We were there, bright and early, with notebooks ready, every day and it was worth it!
I love how interactive it is! It made me feel included and motivated to have Glenn say, "I see you, Valarie!" When is the last time you went to a webinar that was actually live?! It was really cool.
Today, my man and I are looking at houses, talking to postmen, agents, and everyone we know, armed with all the info we got this weekend, and we are taking MASSIVE ACTION!! The last 3 days have been inspirational, extremely emotional, and very motivating.
