Lindsey was absolutely amazing, as a first time solo buyer, absolutely overwhelmed, she explained everything to me and ensured I understood. She gave me the best advise and during the time the APR rates were all up and down so she would always check my rates were the best the market could offer and ensured I was 100% happy through the whole process. During my buying experience the property went to probate, alongside a whole load more issues, she reassured me all the way, chased daily and ensured I was in the loop, well informed and looked after. She has been amazing and an absolute god send at possibly one of the most stressful times in my life! Thank you Lindsey ♥️

For first time buyers in particular, I would absolutely recommend working with Home Financial. Getting a mortgage is such a daunting process, it’s a big commitment and with so many important things that are difficult to understand. Our mortgage advisor Ross Jones explained everything every step of the way, answered all of our questions instantly and even scheduled evening calls for us (because of our working hours.) We really feel the advice we received from Ross about our mortgage has given us the best possible outcome we could have got, especially in this current economic state! I would happily recommend Ross and Home Financial to anyone. His experience and knowledge really helped us, and I can’t imagine doing this whole process again without him. This time, as with when I first used them to get advice on my initial mortgage, they provided an excel at service from the offset. They are super friendly and explain everything clearly and make sure that you are comfortable before progressing. Really can’t fault them and look forward to using them again in a couple of years.
