They cancelled grooming appointment 1 hour before appointment time and said they cant’t get my dog in for an appointment for another 3 weeks. Appointment had been booked 8 weeks ago. I understand people get sick but it’s disappointing you can’t find another staff member to fill in or offer an alternative appointment sooner. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Although past grooms have been ok, they are a lot more expensive than other places who can do the same job.
