So this company has now performed theft against my wife. She ordered a product from this company. They not only sent the wrong product but sent one that was one third the size. There solution was well its the same its just not aerosol will give you a $3 dollar discount. So they want to discount just the size even though its not even the same product. On top everything she ordered this product in August. This is now November. There was only one email Sept 23rd until October 28th that the item she actually ordered was ready to be shipped. If this was a manufacturing setting and you told me the thing I ordered was on its way finally after 3 months and you sent me the wrong thing still my production line would be down. Perform you professional due diligence and send the product that was requested. Not give a $3 dollar discount for a product was not ordered.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a few items that I knew were backordered. I waited patiently with basically no communication of when they would be arriving. After over two months the items finally shipped out. When I recieved the products one of my items was wrong in size and type. I then emailed them to remedy the situation, and their response was rude, abysmal and argumentative Do not order from here.

Very friendly staff. Creative in their own right, and fully respect creative questions around NEW use cases for their products. Of course they provide the obvious industry specific solutions, however there are many tertiary uses for their broad spectrum of product.

I had planned on renting a fog machine from another company, but was told 48 hours before our event that it was on the fritz. They recommended I call HollyNorth and they were able to provide me what I needed on short notice. It worked very well and didn't set off the smoke alarms as promised. I have purchased quite a bit of dance flooring from this company. The most recent order of dance floor a friend recommended a company other than Holly North. After consulting with this middle man I realized Holly North would be more inexpensive due to the method they ship freight. Realizing my error I quickly contacted Mike at Holly North who was able to reduce my shipping costs considerably. The customer service was very knowledgeable and practical, the other middle man production company told me unusual things about installing dance floor (which I had done many time in many different spaces) and did not seem as aware. On the other hand Mike as Holly North handled all of my concerns effectively and swiftly. Highly recommend his service and this company especially for buying all production material related to dance.
