Exceptional ☺ We had a great stay at this property. The en-suite was an added bonus and made one of the bedrooms extra convenient. We really enjoyed the media wall — a great touch for relaxing.The facilities were excellent, and the whole place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The host was friendly, approachable, and accommodating, even offering us multiple sets of keys for added flexibility. Would definitely recommend! ☹ Just a couple of small things that could make a great stay even better. The main bathroom door didn’t lock, which made things slightly tricky when sharing. Also, we weren’t aware that the windows were all locked, and it would’ve been helpful to know that ahead of time — especially from a safety perspective in case of an emergency. A quick note about this for future guests would go a long way. Otherwise, everything else was lovely!

Overall a great stay and a very responsive host. It was near the touristy sites and supermarket and restaurants were of ☺ The location and cleanliness of the home ☹ It was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower. The water will suddenly turn very hot or very cold.

Exceptional ☺ The location was ideal as 5 minutes walk to Coppergate shopping centre, and everywhere that we wanted to visit was a short walk from there. The location of the property was lovely and quiet, with the added bonus of an allocated parking space, plus the property had everything that we might need during our stay. ☹ There was nothing that we didn't like😊

I would stay here again if travelling to York and recommend it for families. ☺ The location was superb, everything easily accessible on foot. ☹ When we arrived the weather was very hot, so the heaters were turned off, but the following days turned quite cool and I would have liked some instructions about how to turn on the heat.
