Promised manual eSIM link, then refused after purchase — very, very bad customer service Promised manual eSIM link, then refused after purchase — very, very bad customer service I purchased after Holiday Support confirmed in writing they could provide a manual eSIM install link (LPA / SM-DP+ + Activation Code). After paying and contacting chat, they refused to provide it—directly contradicting their email. conflicting answers, and no meaningful escalation. This has been very, very bad customer service: slow replies, broken promises, and zero ownership. Requested resolution: Email the LPA link (or SM-DP+ + Activation Code) as originally promised, or issue a full refund. I’ll update this review if resolved.

Wrong and not working eSIM given, customer support doesn't exist I ordered a global Sim2Fly from them, but received different eSIM from BillionConnect which is not working in my country. On my two devices, eSIM app got crazy with that Holidayesim.com eSIM, with a number of different operation errors. I reported the error details, but never received a word from Holidayesim. Spent around $30 USD on that eSIM. Stay away.

Never Trust its Customer Service I bought Orange Holiday eSIM at holidayesim.com on 4th February 2025. Immediately at the moment of purchase, my debit card account was charged 28% higher wrong price. I contacted 5 times to holidayesim.com by its return page and e-mail. But after 60 hours, no single reply coming.

False Advertisement and Scam I bought 12GB eSIM from holidayesim.com. But the order confirmation only had 8GB. So far they have refused to give my money back. I have reported the matter to both UK Trading Standards Office and FTC in the US. You should buy eSIM from the original travel.orange.com website, not from this scam website.

have used Holiday Sim for the past 2 trips to Europe. To be honest i can’t quite figure out how to use the French phone number …it may be the user and not the app

When I first looked at eSIMs from Orange, everyone said they were lots more expensive than the competition, but when I bought mine, the price had been discounted 30%. I needed eSIM with phone, not just data, and this had good coverage for where I was going. No problems with data or calls. The biggest issue is that all of the instructions are in quickly-spoken French. Not simply written French online somewhere. And not any effort to do translations into English, Spanish, or something else I could manage. I contacted 'support' and answer was, "sorry, we're not translating yet." Hmm. I never did figure out how to use their voicemail. If you are not a Francophone, I'd think twice before buying this product, even if it's still discounted to make the price reasonable.
