An unforgettable stay with outstanding amenities, a kind host, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere.
☺We had an amazing experience at this villa! The host kindly gave us access to the villa much earlier than usual – at 12 PM instead of the standard 3 PM – and also allowed us to check out as late as 3 PM instead of 11 AM, which was incredibly generous.
They were extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay and made us feel right at home.
The fridge was fully stocked with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all complimentary – and it was even full of delicious ice cream!
The villa’s location offered excellent access to both the beach and public transportation.
To top it all off, our neighbor was none other than Robert Lewandowski, one of the world’s best football players!
The villa and the pool were both very clean, and all the amenities exceeded our expectations.
Overall, everything was perfect and we would definitely love to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wir hatten eine fantastische Erfahrung in dieser Villa! Der Gastgeber hat uns die Villa viel früher als üblich zur Verfügung gestellt – schon um 12 Uhr statt um 15 Uhr – und beim Auschecken durften wir netterweise bis 15 Uhr bleiben, anstatt um 11 Uhr gehen zu müssen.
Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt.
Der Kühlschrank war kostenlos mit verschiedenen alkoholischen und nicht-alkoholischen Getränken gefüllt – sogar mit leckerem Eis!
Die Lage der Villa bot einen hervorragenden Zugang zum Strand und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Highlight: Unser Nachbar war niemand Geringerer als Robert Lewandowski, einer der besten Fußballspieler der Welt!
Die Villa und der Pool waren sehr sauber, und alle Annehmlichkeiten haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Insgesamt war alles perfekt, und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
☹Access to shops was a bit difficult, and we had to travel quite a distance to find one.
Der Zugang zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war etwas schwierig, und man musste eine relativ weite Strecke zurücklegen, um ein Geschäft zu erreichen.

☹ La cera que sale de los pinos cae a los carros y a los muebles exteriores lo que hace que no se vea tan limpio. Sin embargo, se esmeran para que las instalaciones exteriores se vean limpias.
Tenéis razón en esta época del año los pinos se limpian naturalmente y por eso sueltan resina,, esto solo ocurre en unas semanas de primavera, pero comprendemos que os haya parecido molesto. Intentamos que siempre esté en las mejores condiciones, pero no podemos cortar los pinos ni evitar que hagan su proceso. Muchísimas gracias por vuestra comprensión y nos alegramos mucho de que lo pasarais muy bien.

☺Ein schönes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur bei schlechtem Wind stört der Flugverkehr.
Der Strand ist breit und sauber und viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
☹Die Mücken sind hartnäckig.

☺This house is amazing, the location right next to the beach is great. The house is really well equipped and very comfortable. The staff are so helpful. The garden and pool are beautiful everything is so well maintained. I wish we could have stayed longer.

☺וילה יפה ומאובזרת בכל מה שבית צריך והמיקום מעולה.
☹לאורך כל השהות שלנו היו בעיות עם החשמל. הוא נפל בכל פעם שהפעלנו בסלון את המזגן, את התנור במטבח או את מכונת הכביסה או סתם ככה באמצע הלילה. כך שהבית מאובזר אבל אי אפשר באמת להשתמש בדברים. בנוסף, דיברנו עם המארח על הבעיה כבר ביום הראשון ולצערנו לא נעשה שום דבר, הוא אפילו אמר שבחיים לא היתה להם בעיה אבל מצאנו במקרה משוב שמישהי אחרת השאירה להם שם לפני חודשיים וכבר שם היא התלוננה על החשמל... חבל לשקר. בנוסף, לא היה לנו עם מי לדבר כל החופשה. היה לנו טלפון של בחור בשם איוון שעשה לנו את הצק אין והוא בקושי הגיב או התייחס להודעות שלנו. ממש חבל שבגלל חוסר תקשורת וחוסר בשירות בסיסי- החוויה שלנו נפגעה מאוד

Our host, Toni, was at the house and attended to your observations in person, but unfortunately if we do not detect any problem we cannot solve it. It is true that there were problems, with this issue a long time ago with a failure in an iron, but the iron was changed and there never were again, therefore in no case have we lied to them, that would be unforgivable and we have never done it and we will never do it.
We are sorry that your experience was not as satisfactory as we all hope.
We have made the necessary checks during this week after your stay and there were three power outages of a few minutes on those days, during the following week no power outage. Of those power outages, one was due to a problem in the general electrical network.
We regret that in your assessment you have not taken into account other factors such as the fact that your wish to enter three hours before the usual check-in time was accepted; that we accept that your departure was 5 hours after the usual check out time, with no aditional charge; that the house is fully equipped for a family and that we have not made any claim for the upholstery of one of the armchairs that was completely stained with green marker and that armchair had to be reupholstered.
You have forgotten a pair of glasses and we offered to send them to you free of charge, to which we have not received any response.
We think that all this that we offer to our clients does not correspond to a rating of 4 out of 10,honestly.

☺This was more than a holiday home, it was a true home away from home. Everything we as a family could possibly have needed was provided. The house is amazing, totally private and fully equipped, modern yet cosy with a lived-in atmosphere, and right next to the beach and restaurants. In addition to spacious and comfy bedrooms with views, ample bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen full of treats from the hosts, the house also has a study and a library of books (in Spanish). The garden and pool were just the right size for us. It is a real place to relax and feel at home.
