Very helpful, supportive, and insightful. Advisers are actual HR reps at various companies and provide coaching and direction to best navigate the hiring process. Their input is really helpful as they are giving advice from HR and Hiring Manager perspectives. They guided me in preparation for interviews and coached me on how to best answer delicate questions and also provided feedback and pointers on my resume.
