Excellent experience working with Hire Safe. Great selection of boom lifts and other lifting solutions with a quick turnaround located close to me in Warwickshire. Customer service is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service, waste of time and money. All I can say about HSS.

They are quick to ask if you have safety shoes on site but no one offered to help load 40-50kg bulky racks into the van when seen struggling. Great to see that you care about the driver's feet but not their backs....

Fantastic!! the level of customer service from Hire safe solutions is above and beyond what i have experienced when using other hire companies. In my short time in dealing with Hire safe solutions the staff have always tried to help, whether it be a certain product or short timescale they have delivered (literally). Everyone ive dealt with has been Friendly, Helpful and willing to help.

We’ve had an excellent experience working with Hire Safe Solutions. From the very first contact, their team has been responsive, reliable, and incredibly efficient. Julie Barnes in particular has been a logistical wizard — friendly, proactive, and always one step ahead in coordinating everything we needed on site. The equipment arrived on time and in top condition, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such a human touch. Highly recommended for any project involving access or height-related equipment. Thank you, Julie and team!
