I had a wonderful experience working with Menina. She was very patient with both myself and the different companies that were engaging me for their recruitment process. We went through a few companies' exploratory conversations, interviews, assessment and even offers. Menina kept it all professional and hustle-free. There were a few interviews I went through without getting an offer. These were discouraging at time. But she kept a positive spirit and would encourage me to keep the search going; as she was convinced something that would complement both my needs as well as those of a company would soon come up. And indeed, something did come up. I found Menina as a great Recruitment Agent. She is thorough, patient, respectful and considerate.
