We've used Hirehive for a number of years now. We came to it after investigating various options. It did, and still does, provide the perfect combination of capabilities and cost for our needs. I should note that on those rare occasions when we need support, they are always quite responsive. As recruiters, our ATS serves at the core of almost everything we do. I'm very glad Hirehive is there for us!

We use Hirehive for recruiting and so far I've had a great experience working with HireHive. The system is easy to navigate and pretty intuitive. They are constantly working to improve their platform from the UI to features.The customer support team is very responsive and they even take requests for new features which is nice. I would recommend them as a affordable ATS option definitely!

Our recruiting team has used HireHive for years, and it's worked really well for us. Easily searchable candidates/keywords, well-organized and intuitive UX, and you can configure the jobs you post to be automatically linked to major job sights. Additionally, the customer service is incredibly responsive and receptive.

Using Hire Hive in my professional career. Great tool helping to organize recruiting (job postings), make the recruiting process transparent, add notes, share the candidates within and outside your organization, send emails, plan the interviews, automatically takes care of GDPR aspects and terms. We've been using Hirehive for over three years to help with our recruitment. We've hired mechanics and office staff through the platform. We don't have a full time recruiter so Hirehive has been really helpful and allows us to run a professional recruitment process and hire great staff. It's well worth the money and I'm happy to recommend it to any growing business.

We try not to use recruitment agencies because of the cost involved. We've used Hirehive so we can manage recruitment ourselves. All of our hires came through the system. They're happy with it and we're happy with it. It's saved us a lot of time and money. It's great to know that when we post a job all of the resumes are stored in one safe place that approved team members can access to review and comment. I also really like the automated Thank You responses to candidates

"Easy to use, good price, helps us hire great staff" It's easy to use and makes the recruitment process easier. We can have multiple users logging in to review candidates and comment on them. No more emails flying everywhere. No more spreadsheet lists of names. It also makes our careers page look very professional without us writing any code. A native app for mobile would be nice to have. Hirehive gets our jobs onto job boards, stores all candidates in one place, and makes the hiring process easier.

"It is a user friendly platform that allows to manage the candidates in a simple and visual way." Very easy to use, intuitive. They care about the UX for the Candidates and Recruiters. What they can improve is the mobile version of the platform. This one could be better. If you a looking for a simple product to manage your pipeline to improve your communication with Hiring Managers, go for it. It makes my life easier when communicating with the Hiring Managers and with candidates.

"Helps with the hiring process" Helps give me Q & A to guide me through the process so I know what to ask during the hiring process. I use viewpoint but it's not compatible that's the only down fall. Not to user friendly. Needs a simpler process. It's not compatible with an of the software I use so it has to be done as a separate program. I'd like to see it become an add on for HR software. Have a more user friendly sign up process and be more compatible with other software Hiring new employees that i can trust. It hard to find good help. It's a great cost but would be even better to pay more as an add on to additional software. It has definitely boosted business performance.

"Simple to use ATS" I like how easy it is to get started - within a few clicks, you can have your job posted, see applicants coming in, move them through the pipeline and communicate via email. Some of the configurations are limited - for example, with delaying emails, there are only a couple of hardcoded options (you can't pick the exact date/time you want). The actual configuration screens, while easy, are limited in what you can do - can't reorder certain configurations easily - have to delete, recreate in the order you want them to appear. Reporting is limited as well. We wanted a solution that would help us centralize all of hiring activities and HireHive has been great at allowing us to reduce our time to hire while improving the candidate experience.
