Recommended. There are few minor issues which could have been done better. But there were few faults on my side as well. They were friendly, very helpful, punctual. Will avail their services in future.

Professional and reliable service!! I had to move house the weekend before the new school year started. Moving with children seemed daunting, but the team was very responsive and made the transition very smooth. Absolutely nasty rude removal man, he said he was bringing 2 men, he came alone and then complained constantly about the amount of furniture to move. We helped him throughout, 2 women and then he charges me an extra £100. When I get to storage facilities, he drops off the furniture and goes. Nasty piece of work, if you like rude, argumentative rip off merchants, then go with this company. He took advantage of me because I needed to get my furniture moved and then made some imaginary price up with no negotiation.
His response or his company response is typical. I have no receipt, I dont even know his name. I asked for a medium van and 2 men. I got one man and a medium van. My eldest daughter and myself carried the furniture into his van, yep we were removal people. The transaction was done over the phone, I didnt know he worked for this big company, no invoice, nothing. He turned up, parked his van virtually on the pavement and road. How could I have 30 bags and all the other stuff he states, hes sadly lying. I have witnesses to his behaviour, we were shocked. He made me pay him on my phone via my banking app whilst we was driving me to the access storage containers and said he would taje my furniture out. What type of person is that? What do I gain for lying, I have paid him, his company have not contacted me, for my version of the events what happened. I applaud good, hard working honest removal people as its a very hard job and always tip,but I do not like those who like to rip off people, like this guy. When he dumped the furniture, he couldn't wait to run off. My daughter came to help me, thank goodness.
All the furniture fit in the storage container, so he lied about that as well.

We rely on this information to allocate the appropriate resources for each move. However, upon arriving at your property, it became evident that the actual number of items was significantly higher. In addition to the listed items, we found 4 bedside tables, an office table, an office chair, a wardrobe, over 15 bin bags, a microwave, plastic storage filled with breakable cups, 2 large Chester drawers, a flat pack Chester drawer, and around 5 to 10 small bags.
Furthermore, you stated that all the belongings would be on the ground floor, but in reality, there were two flights of stairs involved – one leading to the first floor and another to the second floor. This information greatly impacted the required manpower and time for the move.
Upon our arrival, we informed you of the need to adjust the initial quote due to the substantial difference in the number of items and the complexities of the move. You agreed to the revised price, and our driver even extended his assistance beyond the contracted services, even though he could have chosen to leave, given the misleading information provided earlier.
During the journey to the storage facility, you disclosed that a previous removal company had refused to assist you due to the large quantity of items. Despite the fact that our policy did not permit providing lifts, our driver went above and beyond by offering you a ride to the storage facility to help.
Upon reaching the storage, it was discovered that the space was only half full, necessitating the repacking of items to ensure everything fit properly. Our driver voluntarily assisted you with the repacking, although this was not part of the original agreement.

They were on time , friendly and delicately handled my property without damage and very professional.
They even helped me dismantle and assemble my tv bed,and my dining set.
They also connected my TV with broadband and sky connections.
