Worst place ever to order from. It's nice they take your money and you don't receive anything. First they get you in by saying they have fast delivery and then come to find out they give you the run around. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and same response. I will get a email when my order ships. I can't wait til they're ready and asked for refund from company and through cash app and still no response.

Long review but worth the read. Hidden Forest just blew me away with their customer service. I’m very impressed! I ordered two syringes from them and it was taking a long time to get the order. I reached out to them and was informed of an unexpected loss of staff and it put them behind. I understood being a business owner myself but it was starting to drag out longer than I was told. I thought I got scammed!
BUT THEN I got an email saying my account was reviewed and it was unacceptable that I hadn’t gotten my order yet. They gave me a full refund that I didn’t ask for AND sent me the two syringes PLUS two more each of different strains. PLUS some cool swag.
Thank you Hidden Forest. I will definitely use you in the future. I’ve already sent a pic of the gift box you sent me to a friend/mycologist and told him my experience Good luck and I wish you all the success in your business.

I’ve made a second order and appreciate every sample I’ve recieved. Even the free cyans, I didn’t know what they were and that was so kind, ESPECIALLY after research.

UPDATE 3/25: Man the Science is mind mind blowing & great, with amazing Mycology results. Very lively cultures, can be examined near right away... Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable specimens, to be examined quickly, reliably, & realistic timing for classroom education...
Tho on my first order there was an issue (a couple samples not being viable) customer service has reached out to me and has made it more then right! They sent me my complete order again which they didn’t have to do but it’s really appreciated! I also have to say shipping is very fast, absolutely no contaminates (which is amazing in its self) and customer service is A-1! If you’re thinking of ordering from this company just do it. You won’t regret it!
