I couldn't rate Dr. Kunnure highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure my safety was the top priority. During my cardiac treatment, he stayed in constant contact to ensure it was safe to proceed. With guidance from my consultant, he made adjustments to the injections to eliminate any risks. He was perfect at administering local anesthetic, ensuring I felt no pain at all. He was very friendly and performed a flawless hair transplant.
The technicians were also friendly and engaging, making conversation with everyone throughout the procedure.
My hair transplant took 8 hours, but I didn't even need Netflix or headphones. Everything was very fast and finished before I knew it.
After months of research on where to go and which doctor to use, I'm glad I chose Dr. Kunnure and his team.
Reception staff are also very friendly and attentive to both myself and my family who come down to take me home.

My experience at Nottingham was great ,staff very friendly and informative.Sophia was a star ,I had to cancel my treatment before completion due to family problems but still got help and advice

I'd like to take the opportunity to reiterate our approach is to ensure that our patients receive exceptional patient service and care, and also that we pride ourselves in making sure that our patients have natural, age-appropriate hairline designs which take into account a multitude of factors, including family history, degree and pattern of loss, donor density, age of patient and facial features amongst others.
On the day of surgery, measurements are done to ensure maximal symmetry according to each individuals’ facial features and landmarks to ensure that our transplants are realistic to face shape, size and age. Prior to your surgery you and your surgeon agreed on your hair line, and consent given, from our notes and photos - surgery was successful and you have evidenced and experienced good growth at your reviews. At your 13 month review your donor area had healed well, and your new hairline had good density in the frontal region. After further discussion we advised your hairline is naturally appropriate for your age and any lower it would impinge on forehead skin which is not a region to transplant grafts into, and lowering it would create an unnatural appearance - for example smaller face size and artificial hair line.
It is important to us, as a hair loss and restoration clinic, that we provide treatment and surgical procedures which are in line with your goals, which can include re-building your self esteem and confidence which is paramount, but also in line with our expertise and knowledge in providing a hair line which is appropriate. As discussed with your surgeon, we look forward to receiving your most recent photographs and speaking again.

Excellent. After 4.5 months my hair looks great. It was all very professional and smooth. I read the reviews of here and it helped a lot, so if you're thinking of getting it done (now I have, if you are thinking about doing it, it's great, and everyone is very complimentary and non judgemental about it), HHC is a great place to have it done

Very professional, genuine consultative service and actually recommend the best solution for me and took the time to explain why (not just the most expensive solution). Highly recommend for anyone considering a transplant as they were excellent every step of the way, and I am very happy with the result. I was considering going abroad for the cost saving but seeing some transplants online (hairlines too low and straight, max grafts and then the original hairline recedes further with no more donor hairs left) I am very, very glad I didn’t. The result looks natural and is a big improvement on the before with only 1500 grafts, with plenty of donor area left should I need in the future.

I visited HHC stapleford and i can't say I share the same experience as others, I've had a few vein treatments and they look worse not better, after the 2nd treatment they didn't even offer me another treatment. They told me to wait a year then to book another consultation and have more treatment if I need more veins seeing to, but they havent even treated the ones I have got properly. It's very pricey for the minimal results I have got. Quite disappointed to be honest. I did everything i was suppose to, i wore the compression stockings for weeks thinking it would help and they did nothing, i definitely need more treatment but I'll go elsewhere next time. The staff were nice and polite though I'll give them that. I think they used the wrong treatment for me, I seem to have got more veins from it. Like I said very expensive for it not to work and quite painful afterwards, it's disheartening.

Our main priority is to ensure that every single patient we see gets the absolute best cosmetic results possible, so we are disappointed to read that you are currently unhappy with your treatment results at this early stage. Looking at your notes I can see you had a successful venous treatment completing in March with good photos post op initially. As your treatment was only a few months ago you will still be in a healing phase and as discussed with you this does vary with different patients but it can sometimes take six months up to a year for some patients to fully heal and get their final results. The clinical team have tried to contact you and also I have personally tried to contact you on a number of occasions to discuss this further with you and offer some advise and reassurance. I would be grateful if you could get back in touch so we can discuss this with you and potentially look to see you free of charge in the clinic for a reassessment. I have been going to Hillside for the last 4 years following my hair transplant ( this is my second review with same top star feedback) , I can honestly say the after service is just as fantastic at the surgery itself. The moment I walked in and met Dr Ali, you could tell he cares about you as a person, and this certinally filters through to his team , for me, on my personal experience , Hillside do not try the hard sell but and advise on treatment you need with no pressure . Sami, who has been doing post treatment prp hair and facial for the last few years , has fantastic experience and knowledge and puts you so at ease during your treatment., she also has fantastic knowlage on key suppliment advice some of which I have used to great effect . I live in Leeds and travel to Nottingham for the aftercare . It would be so easy to go local,but as Hillside has such a fantastic team that makes you feel so welcome , relaxed, and at ease, I really don't mind the commute it well worth it knowing you re in safe honest hands .

All staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. Dr Ali showed great integrity, his primary concern was about advising the best treatment, not about money, because Dr Ali re-directed me to a different service which he advised would be more appropriate than to remain with him. I would therefore recommend a consultation with HHC clinic for an honest, professional opinion.

Hillside Hair Clinics offered an incredibly professional, credible and informative service. Not only was the procedure (Botox treatment for TMJ and jaw pain) smooth and uncomplicated, but the customer service I received was excellent from the outset. Professional, efficient and personable.
After 3 years of deliberation, I decided to contact HHC Nottingham for my initial FUE enquiry.
Kevin was my initial point of contact, who carefully guided me through the entire process, providing realistic expectations and pricing.
Dr Bauer was my surgeon, who professionally guided me through the entire journey from start to finish, along with Amrit who was an excellent surgical assistant.

I had my surgery yesterday and just wanted to thank my surgeon Dr Aiste Audickaite she was amazing along with her assistant. They made me feel very welcome always making sure I was OK through out the day and kept me reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Asite if anyone was thinking of having this surgery. It took me a good while to find the right place to have my surgery but now its done I couldn't be happier with the results. Even had a message today 24,08,23 asking if I was OK and if everything is alright which goes a long way. Highly recommend

7 days post FUE currently. I was very nervous prior to the procedure due to an irrational fear of needles, despite having been reassured by Dr Kunnure that it's over very quickly and is painless. I was greeted by Brandon who was the technician for the procedure and while he was prepping, had a chat with Dr Kunnure who drew the new hairline and talked me through the procedure. I can honestly say, both Dr Kunnure and Brandon were absolutely second to none throughout the entire procedure. The procedure was painless, comfortable and as a team they were extremely friendly and professional
It took a lot of research and years of contemplating to finally decide to get the procedure done and where to go, but I couldn't be happier with the procedure on the day and the aftercare up until now, Saffia has been nothing short of fantastic in answering any questions I've had and checks in every few days to make sure all is well.
Still a way to go until the final results so will update this review once we're there but I know reviews played a big part in my decision making so here's hoping this helps anyone who's currently deciding which clinic to use. Huge thank you to Dr Kunnure, Brandon, Saffia and the rest of the team at HHC 😁
