Chai Mei's work is awesome！！！

HeySara offers tiered corporate secretary services, from a basic digital option at $598 to a more premium HS+ service at $998, which is marketed as providing responsive, human-led support. I chose the latter, expecting professionalism and timely handling of time-sensitive matters. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. On June 25, I clearly instructed the account manager that I wanted my company incorporated on July 1. Despite this, the company was only registered on July 2, and only after I chased for an update. The delay was not due to regulatory or system issues, it was caused by internal human error. One team member initially blamed the ACRA portal, but another later admitted it was a breakdown in communication on their side. For a premium service, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there are hidden costs that are not transparently communicated upfront, adding to the frustration. The experience felt less efficient than what I would have expected from a basic digital service. If you're still considering HeySara, I’d strongly recommend choosing only the digital service or the most basic package. Paying more for human-led support simply isn't worth it; you’ll likely end up doing the follow-up work yourself. I regret paying a premium for a service that didn’t deliver on its promises.

Whether it is Jesscia, the secretary who serves us, JJ, the teacher who handles EP, Ms. Xueqi, who has done our accounting, or Winnie, the manager who helps us with income tax, they continue to serve us with a good attitude, timely response, good cooperation and professionalism! March this year is the end of our head office's fiscal year. We only gave Winnie our financial report a few days before Vesak Day. I was very touched that she rushed us during public holidays and off-duty time, just to get us one more installment tax payment opportunity! I interacted with her many times before successfully completing our income tax calculation, but we can all stand on the national fiscal revenue, corporate responsibility and our financial and tax practitioners to do things professionally, reflecting the harmony and beauty of various relationships on this land of Singapore.
