Picked up a Tesla from this location that was very clearly not cleaned on the inside of out in any way prior to pick up. This was after I waited 10 minutes in the office with no one present despite having the first reservation slot.
When the only employee I interacted with - young (in her early 20’s), short (maybe 5ft) black woman with glasses and kinky hair did come in and I asked about my reservation and mentioned I had been waiting forever, your employee stopped dead in her tracks at the door, looked directly at me, and in a very annoyed voice told me 10 minutes isn’t forever, I need to calm down, and that the delay was due to getting my vehicle ready.
In most circumstances, the 10 minute delay and dirty vehicle would have been something to just get over. I wouldn’t have left a review, but to think about how this employee knew the condition of the vehicle she was giving to me and still had the audacity to police my words and feeling's as if they weren’t warranted is just unacceptable. It’s honestly concerning.
She knew she wasn’t doing her job properly and instead of ignoring my words or apologizing, she decided to point the finger and try to make me wrong.
