I haven't used their services, but the repeated door-to-door visits sometimes daily even with a 'No Soliciting' sign clearly posted, feel very pushy and unprofessional. It comes across as more money-driven than anything, and like employees are being pushed to secure as many customers as possible.

I hired Heritage Roofing & Construction Company to install a new roof due to hail damage in 2023. Recently, I noticed shingles coming off on their own without any unusual conditions. When I reached out to have this addressed under warranty, I was told I needed to pay a deposit just for them to come out and inspect it. That alone raises concerns about how their “lifetime warranty” is actually applied.
What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. I was unable to speak with the original sales representative I worked with, and the company would not communicate with me directly by phone. Instead, I was routed through customer service, where I was told someone would follow up, only to receive vague email responses with no real resolution.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and the warranty does not appear to be honored in practice.
I would strongly recommend going with another company and making sure you fully understand how their warranty actually works before committing.

5months later our roof still leaks. Other damage to the property has not been fixed. Won't answer phone. Avoid these cowboys or it will cost you to have their shoddy work redone. Avoid avoid avoid

Some random guy who I have never spoken to and never had any contact with shows up on my property, climbs on my roof, and tells my son he was supposed to come out and do an inspection. If that is standard operating procedure, then shame on this company and no one should do any business with you.
