Poor time keeping & customer service Poor time keeping. Cancelled 3 times when he did come he left in 10mins replacing parts and some air spray on my oven. Only found out engineer is not arriving when I phone up. Flame still not there so was pointless. Didn't introduce himself when he came.

Nevertheless, he asked me to help him put washing machine back in. I didn't think it was right for many different reasons, therefore I put a formal complaint. Here domestic repairs Ltd manager called me to discuss the complaint. From the first second, he was very defensive saying that the damage was caused by damp, even though I complained that floors are deeply scratched and scratches are not caused by damp. He completely dismissed other part of the complaint where his engineers asked me to do the labour. Imagine if it was elderly lady, or pregnant woman? Or i hurt my back as a result of it. He was talking over me, not allowing me to speak, he also stated that I am lying and the machine was already out when engineer came! He stated that if I am looking for some kind of compensation I should contact Beko, not at any point i mentioned compensation, he also called his engineer, whilst on the phone to me, put him on the loudspeaker, once the engineer finished speaking he said did you hear that? When I stated I did not understand what was said he said well then contact beko! He shouted at me, was extremely rude, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional is understatement! He never introduced himself, and when i asked for his name as a reference he refused to provide his name and hanged up. If God forbid, they cause any damage whilst carrying out work, they will not take any responsibility, so please avoid this company at all cost!

Fridge freezer repair Fridge freezer tripping electrics - appliance was checked & was not worth repairing as parts cost same as buying brand new appliance. Recommendations were made. Old appliance was also taken away for us. Very pleased with overall experience from start to finish. Prompt communication at all times. Would recommend to friends & family.

Washing machine not dispensing conditioner Mo came on Tues, assessed machine. Identified faults and ordered parts. I asked for an early call on Fri morning. Lee arrived at 7.20. Both men were very thorough, explained what they were doing. Both were very friendly and professional.

Repair of dishwasher Our Miele dishwasher was running cold and showing an error message. Guys from Here arrived within about an hour of posting, diagnosed the problem and ordered new heat pump. Replaced it early the following week- so far working well.

Fridge was tripping the electrics Arrived on time. Fridge is integrated, no hassle in taking it out, worked out problem straight away which was overflowing reservoir onto junction box (caused by the door being left open by my son whilst we were on holiday). So just the call out to pay for, no additional costs. Would use again.

Replace the rubber door seal of a washing machine Excellent work. Quick and professional. The engineer came after hours to accommodate our needs as it was an emergency and we needed the machine working before a holiday. Found him last minute and agreed to come at the end of his shift-which had overrun anyway- in order to help us out. Truly appreciated.

Resolving an issue with my washing machine pump. I found this company on Checkatrade and was impressed with the service from start to finish. The office administrator is pleasant, keeping me updated at each stage as we had to order in a part. The call out charge is very good value for money and the engineer was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. My washing machine is in fantastic working order now.
