Avoid this agent by all means. I have had a terrible experience. Being a tenant for 3 years in a property he manages without missing the rent for once. Javad is a highly unprofessional agent who goes about threatening:harassing me with WhatsApp messages and emails. There was never a customer care nor any welfare call for once for the 3 years I have being in the tenant. Whenever there is a repair or a replacement to be done in the house, he is not bothered, he pushes me to the landlord, the landlord pushes me back to him. They only care about the rent or increasing the rent everytime. He blamed me for the fact that he was unable to increase rent during the COVID-19 pandemic year. Javad is desperate, selfish and only care about his profit, welfare of tenant is never in his agenda. Avoid this agency, Henderson Wood and this agent called Javad Cohen by all means for your own peace of mind, mental health and safety. This man Javad is so pathetic and he will give reasons to justify his aggressive behaviors towards tenant. He is unable to communicate appropriately without resorting into threats. He is highly disrespectful and lacks courtesy. His high level of unprofessionalism is open for all to see. If you want a pathetic experience like I have had, try him and a trial will convince you. He is hot tempered and does not really have a good listening skills.
