My father was released from the hospital unexpectedly on a Friday night. I panicked because I knew we'd need extra help right away. I called Helping Hands, and they found someone within an hour to come help care for my dad. Even though it was well after hours on a Friday night. They have been very flexible with the scheduling, always suiting our needs. Judith has been his primary caregiver. She is fantastic with him, and he responds well to her. She has been a lifesaver for my mom.

The staff are fantastic. Ardra was great getting us established. Tina Wall, CeCe, Angela and Shae were all very professional and a joy to have around.

We used Helping Hand Nursing Services as a supplemental care service as my mother has a part-time private caretaker. Each caregiver was kind and so very helpful. They kept mom comfortable and did light housework, which helped my father tremendously. Most importantly, Ardra and her team were very accommodating. There were weeks that our schedule had to change and they were always flexible! Our family highly recommends Helping Hand Nursing Services.

I want to start by saying Helping Hands is a company full of integrity and honesty. First, while my husband was in the hospital for a variety of reasons I reached out to Helping Hands and within a day we had a nurse and schedule for my husband to continue his medical treatments. Secondly, the thorough care was top notch along with the education for myself to continue treatments in between visits. Lastly, I would recommend Helping Hands over any outpatient medical facility. This company and people behind this company truly care for their patients and I'm so grateful to them for the upmost care. I absolutely love working with this agency. I don't usually give a five-star rating, but they truly deserve this one. I have been working with Helping Hands Nursing agency of N Florida for over a year. Everyone seems so caring and very professional, from the CEO to administration, nurses and co-workers and other staff, I have seen where the CEO herself has gone over and beyond for clients and staff members. We are like a closely knit family who really take interest and shows compassion for their clients. I thank God that I have found a great company that I am proud to work for into my retirement. I can honestly say without a doubt that I would highly recommend this company. if you were looking for care for your loved one, friend, neighbor, you will not be disappointed!

Helping Hands was great! Andrene our caregiver adapted to my mother's individual needs and made all of us so happy. This is the first time we have inquired about an agency for my husband, who has Parkinson. I was called out of town and needed to hire someone to help with his basics needs. From the first call to Helping Hands, to meeting Dina, who came a few days before I left to introduce herself and go over Arnie's routine, everyone was professional and caring. I also got a bonus, Dina took care of my 8 year lab mix. The best compliment I can give, is I wasn't missed.

I have been working with Helping Hand Nursing Service for the past two years and it's a pleasure, even though we may , or may never see each others on a day-to-day basis I'm always call on the phone a regularly for some kind of help and there is always a pleasant , caring voice answering the phone how may I help you . The person who answers the phone she warms , my heart ❤️ 💙 . Most of the time it's [ gps ] spinning me around and around in a circles and I'm so flustered I don't want to be late. And then that person who answers the phone , " it's don't worry about anything because everything is going to be alright " then I'm so comforted . They always make sure you get right clients to work with according to your health situation. Best caregiving company in Lakeland! High quality caregivers & management. I recommend them constantly. Our caregiver, Shae Knight, is like a member of our family, her help is invaluable in caring for our Mom. The staff is very proactive, accomodating & sensitive to our needs when we needed a caregiver for both parents.

I appreciate your super care of my husband since September 2022. I especially want to mention the care that Taleasha has been giving Ron five days a week. She quickly learned our routines and provides personal assistance to him and help with related chores without being told to do so. She shows concern for his well-being even when he has had another stay in the hospital. We could not ask for any better helper in our house.
