Wrong Pricing
Today, I received a Stattrak Butterfly Factory New Urban Masked from a drop, which was an exciting find. However, upon checking the system, I noticed it was priced at $418, which is significantly lower than its true value.
On their website, a Factory New item is listed for $1582, and Factory New + Stattrak is 418$. Unfortunately, I can't transfer it on Steam since the item is currently out of stock.
When I contacted customer support, they informed me that they are unable to adjust the price and suggested exchanging it at the $418 value.
Given my extensive history with Hellcase, where I've spent over $15,000 and faced substantial losses, this situation is particularly frustrating. Finally obtaining a valuable drop only to find it drastically undervalued adds to the disappointment.

Dont deposit by skins
The site is great, but dont offer a lot of possibility in cases battles. Also, depositing skins is... Damn. My 70$ AK47 Empress, they take it for 38$, thats almost half the price, it will be way easier and cheaper to just sell it on a site like CS Money, and deposit with real money...

Hellcase stole $195.15 from me by pretending to be “Etsy support”
Hellcase stole $195.15 from me by pretending to be an Etsy Support Bot. They messaged me in Etsy saying I needed to verify my bank account information in order to get paid. They had an Etsy logo and everything. And I had just set up my store so it made sense. But I got super suspicious when they asked me to send them verification codes from my bank. And said hellcase.com would be depositing a small amount to test things. I honestly have no idea why I went through with their directions when there were so many red flags. I had found an Etsy forum that said it was legit for them to verify my bank, but the details were off. Now I have a withdrawal from hellcase.com for $195.15.
They are NOT a legit business. They pretended to be Etsy and took money from me by asserting false claims. I have no idea how they could have 4 stars. It’s probably them or people they’re laying to get those stars.

Scammed via Etsy using Hellcase to collect their stolen money
I was also scammed by Hellcase when they pretended to be Etsy claiming that services have been paused and whatever and you said for verification you will take a random amount from my bank and pay it back pretending to be Etsy. May you rot in hell. Exactly the same tactic was used on my Etsy account. I ended up paying R7500 to Hellcase ! They must knwo they are being used as a front by these fraudsters. I have informed my bank and have asked fro legal advice wrt opening a case against Hellcase. I suggest you find out who's using you name . If it is you - PAY BACK THE MONEY OR ELSE. I know firends in high and low places.....
