Booked a flight for my parents' wedding anniversary.
Got an email changing the date... well, ok... accepted that.
On the day, just two hours prior (!), flight got postponed to later in the day... parents were already on the way, so they drove around almost 2 hrs round trip for nothing.
Supposedly delays were due to fog... on the sunniest of days!
Just not a good experience overall.
Especially for their anniversary.
Definitely can not recommend.

Hi Silvia, very sorry to hear about your experience. Because of fog in the morning our first flights of the day were postponed a little bit which caused the delay for your parents flight. We did call at 9:20am in the morning to let your parents know about the delay. We couldn't get in touch and left a message through the Viator platform. We then tried calling again about 2 hours before the initially scheduled time but your parents were almost there already. Unfortunately we deal with a range of factors in general aviation which are out of our control, we try and do our best but sometimes we can't avoid some disappointment.
