My posture and pain was absolutely terrible when I first came to Dr. Nick! He was awesome about laying out my options and making it clear what he could and could not help me with in terms of pain management for my migraines. He and Christie are a huge help and a great resource for information to help me outside the office as well. My health has improved drastically, and they have played a major role in that change! I’m a full time working mother of two ( 6 year old and 1 year old), with 12 years of heavy/physical work, desk work, and a multitude of issues. Went to the practice today and really appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, and tailored care I received. I’ve had a muscle twitch in my hand for a long time, and this afternoon (after treatment) was the first time it’s stopped in 7 years. I have posture issues, and feel like I can’t fully straighten out my back most of the time. An easy, painless, quick adjustment left my body feeling much less tight and strained. Icing on the cake was the educational piece on stretching and utilizing different tools to target specific trouble areas to build on and improve my health. Highly recommend this amazing team!
I was referred by an audiologist to Elevation Spine & Wellness for a persistent vertigo problem. A couple of months later after neck stretching, spine adjustments, neck exercises, and my personal favorite, infrared laser therapy I feel much better. In fact, my vertigo improved so much I was able to come back to Jiu-Jitsu. I highly recommend Dr. Nick.
Doctor Nick is the best, really takes the time to explain what issues I was having and what he was doing to help. Thanks Nick!

When I hurt myself during an awkward lift it was painful and scary. I got to his office laying in the bed of a pickup with my head spinning. Nick was able to help me with a plan and treatment. He not only helped me get better, his advice helps me remain spine safe in the future. I am grateful for his treatment and his kindness. He was clear and compassionate throughout my treatment. This is a man who is committed to the well being of his patients. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

When I went to Dr Nick for care, he told me that I was the "worst he had ever seen". He proceeded to sell me a VERY pricey package. I attended his program 3 times a week for six months. For that entire 6 months, he rarely acknowledged me and his staff tended to my care. He was always in his office or too busy looking at himself in the mirror! When the 6 months had passed he showed NO interest in checking progress and showed NO concern in my well being. He is a fraud and a phony!
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Dr Nick and his services. When I first walked in, Dr Nick made a BIG deal about how i was the WORST case he has EVER seen. Set me up with a very expensive plan, which consisted of lots of $$$$$. Every time I showed up, three times a week, he NEVER consulted with me, or treated me. Six months of services with his " master plan" and when it was ALL over and $$$$$ was spent, he couldn't be bothered to review progress of " worst case he had ever seen"! Didnt care because money was spent!
Would NOT recommend his services. VERY arrogant and self centered!!!

We feel obligated to respectfully contest this review. According to the review the lead doctor created a 6 month plan but never once treated this person? How would that actually work? Treatment is the what a clinic performs and what would happen on a visit if no treatment was rendered? This doesn't make sense.
We have an open-door policy at our office and absolutely request that if anyone has a less-than-spectacular experience to call and directly speak with the clinic director.
