My sisters and I want to express our deepest thanks to Anna-Marie, Jenny, Jack and the entire team at the Foleshill branch for the incredible care and support they showed us during one of the hardest times of our lives. Our mother’s funeral was beautiful, so thoughtfully organised and handled with the utmost professionalism. They took care of everything, making the whole process much easier for us and knowing we were in such capable hands brought us great comfort when we needed it most. We were able to say goodbye and honour our mother's memory in a meaningful way, without having to worry about the arrangements. We truly cannot thank you enough for being with us every step of the way. Every detail was handled with so much respect and care. We are so grateful for all your help and support.

My stepmother recently passed away and had a funeral plan with Heart of England co-op. She was initially at Foleshill Road and then transferred to Ansty Road to await the funeral. Throughout the whole experience from start to finish we were shown compassion, thoughtfulness, and given so much support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Staff at Foleshill, Anna and Jenny in particular, staff at Ansty Road and Jenny and the staff who attended on the day of the funeral were all amazing. I can't thank them enough. We have used them previously when my Dad died and the service remains as high as it was then. I definitely would recommend this funeral directors

From the time we walked in they treated us absolutely fantastic. Anna & jenny looked after us amazingly nothing was too much trouble for them. We would 100% recommend these to look after your loved ones. Could not fault anything. Even after my dad’s funeral they are calling to see how we are doing. Thank you for changing your review rating from 1 star to 4 stars, however we should make this clear that this review does not relate to any funeral services we have provided for T M, but is in relation to our gate which the neighbour found to be too noisy.

We had tried to resolve the original issue and have since taken more steps to remedy the problem which I presume has resulted in the star rating being increased. There is still another element of works to be carried out which should remove the noise further.

Was meant to have left this review a year or so ago but never got round to doing so. When my mother in law passed the family chose the nearest funeral care to them which was Co-operative in Foleshill. I wish to god they had shopped around. I've sadly been to a number of funerals in my life and i've never known a funeral so cold and heartless. The company was extremely money orientated and did not have the families interests at heart When we went to see her in the chapel of rest. The whole family was there together and the first thing my father in law was asked in front of the whole family was. " Do you have the money". Of course he did but this was not asked in any discreet manor nor was he given the opportunity to tell them first that he wanted to pay the balance. The chapel of rest was lovely and that is the dear memory I hold. She was presented very well and we were allowed as much time as we needed with her. The funeral - The person who handled my mother in laws funeral was very abrupt on the day. Whilst we were waiting outside we were told "We need to hurry up and get this done" ....'THIS' happened to be a loved ones funeral. The mother of 5 children some of which were very young. Never in my life have I ever seen a coffin wheeled into a church on a trolley! They did not even carry her in...They did not even ask if anyone wanted to carry her in or help carry her in....A flamin trolley! She remained on this trolley throughout the service and then wheeled back out on the trolley. The funeral was very cold no consideration or condolence was given to the family. I'd never ever in my life recommend this company to anyone and will do my best to deter anyone from using them. My grandmother passed recently and our family are being looked after by another funeralcare and they are lovely.

Kind, warm and professional We felt supported throughout the whole experience from first contact onwards. There was total professionalism with a genuine warmth and respect throughout. They took care of everything. Advice and recommendations were all perfect.
