Wonderful customer service Wow! What wonderful customer service! I contacted this company saying that I wasn’t very fond of the diffuser scent and wondered if anyone else had found the same. I had an immediate reply offering to send me Guardian Angel as a replacement. Within 36 hours I had received it- and it is lovely. I will certainly be ordering from this company again. Heart and Home candles are absolutely beautiful and they smell divine. The candles burn for hours and hours and they are really high quality. The diffusers are equally amazing and the scent truly last for months. My rooms smell like my favourite perfume as I purchased Guardian Angel and the scent is really strong. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The service is first class and I received my delivery the next day by DPD. I recently bought a lovely diffuser and candle pack from Heart & Home as a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend. She was abcolutely thrilled with it and loved the quality of the product and how it was presented. I was very impressed too with the reasonable price, prompt delivery and secure way it was packed. I would be happy to shop at H & H again for gift ideas.

Love snow angel fragrance reeds. Although a Xmas product I love it all year and delighted to find it in the sale! Always delivered swiftly. Very pleased to deal with this business.

The first time I ordered was last year and I wasn't enamoured with the quality of the fragrance. I decided to give it one more attempt. My diffuser arrived along with a free tester. I have to say both are awful. They hardly fill a room with fragrance and smell of cheap air freshener. I would not purchase again. Wish I was offered a refund.
