I had breast reduction, lift with implants, and abdominal liposuction two years ago, but received no post-operative care instructions and faced issues from the start. Despite extensive research and consultations with Dr. Soh Lea, I reluctantly chose implants to maintain breast perkiness.

I recently visited the clinic for a laser treatment on my nose to remove a small bump caused by a pimple. I was attended by Dr Joanne Koay and her team of assistants.
I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Dr Koay and her staff. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Dr Koay's experience was evident as she carefully explained the procedure, addressed my concerns, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The assistants were also highly skilled, attentive, and supportive, making the experience even better.

My recent experience at Healthspring was highly disappointing. I visited the clinic for laser treatment on my breast, but encountered a series of issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, I was informed that the consulting doctor would be different from the one performing the procedure, which was already inconvenient. Why would i consult her in the first place?However, the real frustration began with the excessive wait time of 1.5 hours, as the doctor was allegedly delayed from another clinic. After enduring this lengthy delay, I decided to cancel the procedure due to the unacceptably poor service. To add insult to injury, I was still charged a consultation fee despite never meeting the doctor who was supposed to perform the laser for me. Additionally, I was shocked to discover that the clinic attempted to charge me $200 for a spot treatment on my face, on top of the $380 for the breast procedure. This pricing discrepancy and lack of transparency further exemplify the clinic's disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Healthspring was marked by incompetence, unprofessionalism, and unjust charges. I strongly advise others to seek alternative clinics for their medical needs.
